Chapter 2

Tyler's POV

"Haha he thinks he has this in the bag I have this in the bag" I said. I turned left to head straight to the finish line. I cross the line and drift for coolness. I get out and everyone is cheering but Jordan (the girl of Gabe's dreams). I go to ask her what's wring and she asks me "where's Gabe". "He's not important right now I am because I won, now let's go I bring you home" I said. "Tyler what happened to him" she said. "He got in an accident with a train" "What in the world is wrong with you Tyler, you didn't see if he was OK,you just left him there"

"But I kept going so I could see you" I said "that's not an excuse,you know what were done for good" as she said that she grabbed the keys out of my hand and got in my car and drove off to see Gabe.

Jordan's POV

I drive down the street and I see firefighter trucks at the rail road along with a stopped train. I slow the car down near a building just a couple of meters away from the accident. I run over there as fast as I can, but I'm stopped by a police officer. But I fight my way through. I go and I see him on the ground. The EMS was putting him on a stretcher. I reached out to touch him but he looked dead. He had burns all over his body. I asked one of the guys if I could ride with him but they said not unless I'm related to him. I said to him that I'm his girlfriend.

He said it was OK if I ride with them to the hospital. I got in the back and held his hand tightly all the way there. I cried so much that tears stopped coming out of my eyes and it sounded like I was laughing. But I wasn't I loved Gabe, I loved him so much.

We got there and as soon as we got in a lady at the front desk dropped everything and called the doctors and nurses in the ER and told them to drop everything we have a code 37640 or something like that. I chased after the stretcher and I saw him go behind two double white doors. In the movies and books people who go in there come out either dead or crazy. A lady held me back while I tried my hardest to get in there with him. She brought me to some seats and told me to wait there. I waited and texted Tyler and told him where I was and if he wanted his keys back he would have to come and get them from me. I also texted my parents to tell them. They responded saying 'omg omg we are on our way there, but it will take us a while to get there we are in another state, we love you bye.

2 Hours later

I am woken up by a woman, I think she was a nurse, I mean dressed like a nurse so I guess she was a nurse. She said you can come see him now. I walked into the room and saw him on a hospital bed. He was wrapped in some bandages from head to toe. I cried a little and mentally slapped my self.  He was attached to some tubes that were pumping blood into his body. I sat down beside him and looked at the minister and his heart beat was normal. But then it slowly started dropping by tens then by twenty's soon his heart would stop beating. I ran out the door and said some one help his heart gonna stop beating. All the doctors ran into the room and started to do surgery there. A man said "ma'am I need you to sit down" "but how can I sit down when he is in there about to die" I say that while a tear comes from my eye. Then a guy says Barry we need you now. He runs in and closes the door. I look through the window and see them doing CPR and other medical things to save him. I break down right there and cry. Then I hear through the door. "Beep, beep, beep,beep ,beeeeeeeeeeeeeep" and I automatically scream "he's dead".
