"I- how are you?" Newt stuttered as he sat down on a stool.

"I-I'm good!" Tina took a seat beside him at the bar.

"What are you doing in England?"

"Well, I'm on a mission. Grindelwald was spotted around here & I was sent to go check it out."

"By yourself?"

"Oh, I'm actually here with my boyfr...my work partner. Tolliver."

"Good. I wouldn't want you to be alone."

Tina blushed deeply.

"So, uh, is that Leta Lestrange I see there? Or is it Leta Scamander?" Tina looked pointedly at Leta.

"Yes, that's Leta. How did you know she was a Scamander?"

Tina looked down. He married Leta.

"Just a guess, I suppose..."

"Newt, I'm going home," Leta appeared.

"Oh, why?" Newt looked to her.

"I have to get back in time for the babysitter to leave."

"Oh, okay..."

"You must be Tina?" Leta turned to her.

"I- yes..."

"Newt's talked a lot about you."

It was Newt's turn to blush.

"Has he?" Tina tried to hide her smile.

"I'll see you later, Newt. Don't get too drunk. It was nice meeting you, Tina."

Leta disapparated.

"So...you have a kid?" Tina looked down again.

"Me? No. What do you mean?" Newt looked at her curiously.

"Well, Leta said that there was a babysitter & you two are..."

"Wait, Leta & I? No," Newt chuckled at the thought. "I would have loved it when I was thirteen, but no."

"I'm confused. Why is she a Scamander, then?"

"She & my brother Theseus have been married for 7 years now. They have a son."

"Oh..." Tina trailed off. So he wasn't married.

"So, how about you? Any romance in your life?"

Tina thought of Achilles. He wasn't very romantic.

"None, you?"

"I haven't dated in a good few years now," Newt looked down, embarrassed.

"Why not? You're famous & good-looking-" Tina cut herself off.

Newt smiled.

"I guess I was just too hung up on another girl."

"Really? Who?"

"I can't say. It's rather embarrassing."

"Tell me," Tina nudged him gently.

"It's idiotic see, I haven't seen her in 8 years & I'm still smitten by her."

"Really?" Tina blushed.

"But I do believe she's moved on," Newt looked away.

"Maybe she hasn't," Tina rested her hand on his.

Newt stared at her.

"Do you think so?"

"I do," Tina squeezed his hand.
