quirk draw back:If he goes any higher than 50 to 80 people he himself will go bit by bit insane
his quirk also lasts only 24 hours though it can last more if he keeps using his quirk on the same person regularly which would make them actually insane permanently

Backstory: he had a normal childhood until he reached the age 4 where he started to laugh only for teachers to realize the students around him went insane which made his retired villain mom teach him villain ways after he started to get bullied (His father got sent to jail before he was born for his quirk)
