You got off your plane yawning. You weren't expecting Anyone to meet you. You had just gotten off your business trip. You would expect your wife and daughter to come visit you but your daughter would be in school and you wife was working her busy job as well. You rubbed your eyes pulling your luggage behind you as you made your way through the exit. You adjusted your eyes to the light and saw something you didn't expect. You thought you saw dinah and your daughter lexi standing there at the gate. Your rubbed your eyes and your hands flew to your mouth. You dropped your luggage and ran to dinah. You jumped and wrapped your arms and legs tight around her body.
"You came" you cried into her shoulder.
"Of course I did baby" she rubbed your back.
"I missed you so much" you cried and she set you down.
She cupped your face in her warm hands and kissed you passionelty.
You let your tears run between your lips and smiled. You then bent down in front of your daughter and smiled.
You pulled her into your arms and stood up. You hugged her tight and kissed her cheek.
"I missed you lex" you smiled.
"I missed you too mommy" she smiles wrapping her arms right around your neck and pressing her cheek into yours.
You kissed her head and whispered
"We're you good for mama?"
She nodded giggling and you tickled her. Dinah then grabbed your luggage as you carried lexi to your shared car. You strapped her into her car seat. You hopped in and smiled. Dinah started to drive and she held your hand in yours.
"I don't have to leave for a while" you looked at her smiling.
She glanced at you and kissed the back of your hand gently.
"Good because I missed you way too much" she smiled and focused on the road.
