Is it a crime?

AN:this is not a story but a poem about forbidden love.I got inspiration for this from reading Cassandra Clare's Infernal devices series.Hope you enjoy. 

 Is it a crime?

Is it a crime to love?                                                                                                                                                              To feel a burning desire of passion,                                                                                                                                A current of emotions flooding thy heart.

Is it a crime to love unconditionally?                                                                                                                            To love without fear or hardship,                                                                                                                                    While others drown in sorrow.

Is it a crime to love while one must hate?                                                                                                                  To feel a forbidden powerful impulse of want,                                                                                                          While you are required to loath with an equal measure                                                                                        of the ferocity of which you cherish.

Will it always be a crime?                                                                                                                                                To not give a dime,                                                                                                                                                                Weather you love when one must hate                                                                                                                        Weather it's your choice or maybe just fate.
