It's been 3 months since Kentrell's death and I must say life haven't been in my favor. My dad still in jail. I had death threats on me and my son for months until they found out it was my dad that killed him and they stopped threatening me instantly, Ms. sheronda took me to court for custody of kannon which she lost because they found out, she and nene started the threats for her cop boyfriend went and rat at work where my dad was being held. and my mom hasn't been herself since my dad's been locked up. Me, Skylar, and Aniyah been helping kash and karly take care of the small kids, while my mom got herself together.
Anyways today is family day. Me, rock and kannon going to the park and have a lil family time today since the threats stopped. I guess my dad still have pull and people still fear him. Rock has been me and kannon's rock since he came into our lifes.
He really been there for us since Kentrell's murder. Kannon loves rock more than i do. seeing my baby smile and full of joy is what i like. me and rock been dating for awhile now and it just makes me smile. I never felt like this ever in my life, he makes me happy. Anyways i packed everything we needed as rock and kannon was in the front room playing.
" I'm done bae, you ready?"
"Yeah bae, i'm ready"
He grabbed kannon and placed him in his car seat and we was out the door. we got into rock's hummer and we jetted out. once we got into the truck he put it on our track before i turned in on kevin gates. he smirked at me and i just smiled.
"mama no touching the radio" he told me and i started laughing and so did he. i looked in the back and my 7 month old baby was chilling in the car seat so peaceful.

"Hey mama baby" i said as he smiled and was reaching for my hand and i smiled looking at him. 15 minutes later we was at the park and we got out and spread the blanket and sat on it. we ate our food and then we took kannon on the slide which i slid down with him and rock was talking pics of us. then we went by the baby swing and pushed kannon back and forth. we was having an good time too, then we was about to leave when an lady kept staring at us from across the park.
i didn't think nothing of it i just started packing faster when i notice she was coming our way. i gave kannon to rock and told him go bring him by the car. i walked back and went up to the lady and went see who she was.
"Can i help you? you been looking at us since we got to this park." the lady stopped and nodded.
I was just seeing how my granddaughter was doing, i heard about your son's father and that your dad did it." I looked at her and tilted my head "Grandmother, my grandmother died giving birth to my mom and uncle.

"No, i didn't i went away after giving birth and the doctor helped me out by telling luscious i was dead. I didn't wanna be in that life anymore, so i had to fake that i was dead just to get away from the drugs and the killings. i didn't wanna leave my babies but i had no choice."
"and you think that was okay, my mom thinks your dead and buried with my big brother in new york."
i know and i wanna apologize can you call her or bring me see her and Payne i want them to know how sorry i am." she said and i hesitated before nodding my head and letting her follow us to my mom's house. i don't know if it would be the right them to do but maybe her mood would change if she knew my grandmother her mom is alive.
i told rock everything as we was about to turn into my mom's drive way. we got out and went to the front door. my supposed grandmother was behind us looking around and my mom was on the sofa feeding cameryn her bottle.
"Hey mom, someone is here to talk to you, we met at the park and i think you gonna wanna talk to her." she looked at me confused until the woman came from the back of me and her and my mom stayed at each other face to face.
my mom had an surprised look on her face and after feeding cameryn, she put her in the playpen with kannon and went up to the woman and just stared until tears ran down her face. she touched the woman's face and smiled an little bit.
"MOM?" she said and the woman nodded her head and they both hugged and cried. that's when my uncle payne walked in..
"Yo Peighton why the fuck you didn't answer yo dammmm...." we all looked at my uncle and he looked at mom and grandma hugging and he looked like he saw an ghost. "what's going on peigh?" the woman looked at him and smiled "SON" and he looked at her and he had watery eyes before going give her an hug. Today was an good day for them.
My grandmother is back from the dead and my mom and uncle got closure. realizing they still had one parent left. for the rest of the day we all caught up with my grandmother and daddy called and we told him the news. i never seen my mom so happy or smiled for this long before.
she finally got her mom back into her life.... and I WAS HAPPY FOR HER...
