I need to be careful, of what I do

Need to be cautious

Plan my next crime in advance

Can't let them catch me

Or then it'd be the end

Still locked in a silver gray cage

Seems like theres no way out

What's the point in trying

Might as well be stuck in a neverending room of darkness

I'm trying to write songs that aren't about heartbreak or that are depressing or that sound like "bury a friend" but I can't. Oh, yeah. Don't take "Careful" seeiously. I was just trying Billie's style of songwriting but "Darkness" do take seriously

Darkness is about depression

About a girl who wants to stop feeling depressed and is trying her best to stay positive but can't, she's just stuck in being depressed. Just like being locked in a " neverending room of darkness"

I drew some art on how the music video would look like. Its mostly the girl stuck in the room trying to get out but can't. Its sad but that's life.

My songwriting wasn't very good back then but I wrote what I felt, which was then depression. I was going through such a tough time in 2019 and 2020 and I'm glad it's over. If you ever feel hopeless like I once did, I want you to know that I'm here for you, okay?? You're too young and valuable to end your life. Know your worth ❤❤❤
