Chapter 3- meet and greet...

When i woke up Charlie was still asleep. I stand up and get dressed. I've washed my black jeans before i go to bed yesterday so for tomorrow it was dry. I wear my black jeans, black converse-which was still dirty and i found blue shirt with buttons, in clothet, so i wore it too. I was so hungry and thirsty. So i woke Charlie up after i washed my face and brush my teeth.

Charlie was still wearing her shorts and shirt. It was sunny and hot day so I let her wear them.

We went to dinning area. There was a HUGE line. So we stood in line waiting for our food. Then blonde women looked over at me woth smile. She was standing in front of me with teenage girl. I smiled her back awkwardly.
"Hello...what's your name sweetie?" She said with big smile.
"I'm Y/N and that's Charlie" i said and pointed at kid standing next to me.
"I'm Madison and that's my doughter-" she said pointing eyes to teenager, when she get cut off by her.
"Alycia" she said and turned around. She seemed annoyed, I don't know why.
We took our food with tray and sat on the free table. It was hard to find free table because of there was so many people there. I didn't even knew where i was or was that place safe.
We were eating when Some old men whose name was Jeremaiah, told us that they needed volunteers for something I didn't really get. Some of militia boys raised hands and i saw Madison raised her hand too. I thought it would be good to know this people and this place well, so I raised my hand too.
"Mrs Clarke and Miss?..." Jeremaiah said confused,looking at me. I stood up and said
"Y/N" . Madison looked at me amazed when i catch boy staring at me. The boy who saved me.

Madison went to his table and sat next to him. I didn't knew what to do so I went to his table too. "Hey...i'll be back soon" I whispered to Charlie while she smiled at me sadly and continued eating. I sat in front of the boy who had one blue and one injured eyes. I wonder what happened to his eye... i was thinking. Than he said he'll be waiting for us at gate while staring at me. I blushed and looked away. I had to focus on my food.

When we finished i headed to cabin to see Charlie. "Charlie...hey...will you be alright?" I told her and caressed her cheek. "Yeah don't worry about me...but...where are you going?" She said. "I'll be back by night,okay?" I said but I didn't really know if this was true. "Go to sleep and when you woke up, i'll be here!" I added, hugged and ran outside.

Madison ran to me and started conversation.
"So uh...is the girl with you, your sister?" She asked woth curious tone. "Ah...no-not really...i found her outside and..." i said.
"Oh...if you'll need help, i'm always here for-" she said but get cut off by car horn. The miliant boy yelled from car "come one, we don't have all night". Madison mumbled "ah Troy..." and i get that his name was troy. I didn't even knew name of boy who saved me, what a shame!...
I ran and wanted to sit in back seat but Troy yelled "hey princess,sit here" and pointed next to him. I rolled my eyes and walked to front seat. He opened the door and called out for my hand. I took his hand and sit. He immediately lean over to me and whispered "stay away from her...you won't like your pretty eyes to loose...".
Of course, now i get it. Madison injured his eye. I looked away while Madison sat in back seat. Tory looked at her and then drove away.

He was explaining plan to us. I heard something like,their plan got crashed and we had to find it. Something like that.

Then he stopped and i looked at him. "We got a surprise " he said cheerfully. I immediately noticed group of walkers. I got out of the car while everyone was still inside arguing about kill walkers or not. I took a sword from the bed of the car. Others got out of the car too and took their weapons. One of Troy's man said to me " This little sweatheart is scared Troy, you can stay in car baby!" he and others loughed and me and Madison rolled our eyes. I ran toward deads and killed one of them. Then second one but when i tried to kill third one I couldn't get my sword off it so forth one lay on me. I fell down and it was on top of me. I tried to push him away but i had no weapon. Somehow he fell unconscious on me and guess he was dead. Troy had put axe in his head. He them helped me to get up. Than this boy who called me "sweatheart" said "i take my words back", i looked at his amazed face and said "In case, this little sweatheart can slip your throat too". He was looking at me shocked while Troy was smiling proudly.

We got in the car and drove away. Then we stopped. I get out of the car and saw a building. I got inside and immediately cover my nose because of that terrible smell. "What's that smell?" I asked. Troy mumbled something like "shit" and than ran. We followed him and saw a men sitting in the chair,repeating something, while craws were eating his brain. Someone throw up, i wanted to throw up too but I looked away and calmed myself down. Then heard a unfamiliar voice behing me. I turned around to see a long haired men woth gun. Tory and him were arguing of something I didn't understood. Than he told us most shocking thing. "Take off your boots". I loughed sarcastically and said "you gonna give us new ones?". He stared at me in shock and then asked for my name. "Y/N
Have a problem?" I said sarcastically while taking off my converse. "You know you won't need girl's converse, so let me have it!" I said looking at him smirking. He just mumbled something but I didn't hear and ignored it.

We headed back to ranch. It was getting darker, but we didn't stop. We were walking with our socks covered in mud and blood. Some of the boys had injured their feet and they were walking slowly. Also above all of them it started to rain a little bit. I was so mad at this long haired men,whose name was Walker. I noticed Troy and Madison talking and ran to them. I heard they were arguing about stopping for rest. I didn't reall wanted to stop, because i know how it is to stop for a moment in apocalypse. Troy was hesitating so i got into conversation. "We can't stop" i said with angry tone. Madison looked at me confused "Y/N, look at them, they're tired and injured-" she said but i cut her off.
"I know, i am tored too but if we stop, we either  die by cold or by dehydration! If you wanna stop and rest go on Madison!" I yelled as loud as I could so everyone could hear. I noticed Troy looked at me smirking but i ignored him. Madison still convinced Troy to stop and rest. I was mad at her but than I ignored it because i was tired too. I got up went to boy who was injured in feet. First he was looked at me woth disgust, but then he gave me his feet. I looked at it and it was in bad condition. I took of all of the little pieces of rocks and put bandage on his feet.

I didn't really wanted to sleep so i decided to help some of them. I didn't had experience of nurse or doctor, i just knew some things from videos or from biology classes. Yeah that's so stupid, but i knew how to help people with light wounds. Then all of them go to sleep except Troy. I wanted to talk to him but he just ran away from Madison who was laying on the ground. I didn't understand what did happen but I ignored. I went to Troy who was sitting alone, i sat next to him.
"Rough day?" I said. He looked at me confused, but then responded "i hate that dick!". I already guess who was he talking about. "That long haired men?" I asked. "Walker...yeah...he's Indian and thinks that the Ranch is he's " he said with angry tone. "And is it?" I asked.
"You kidding...this Indians always telling about their ancestors,how my grandparents killed them and this kinda bullshit!" He said. I somehow felt comfortable with him. Talking to him. Then i foudn myself sleeping next to troy.
