Kate
Except that I got my period, nothing much happened for the rest of the weekend, until Sunday night, when Asher called me."Hello?" I answer my phone.
"Hey, sorry I'm calling so late, I just felt like talking to you."
I can't hide my smile, "I could get used to that side of you."
"There are even more sides of me to explore," I can basically hear his smirk through the phone.
"You're unbelievable, do you know that?"
He chuckles, "Yeah you told me that once or twice."
"Good," I laugh.
"Hey, do you wanna come over tomorrow, watch a movie or something?" He asks. "If this is an excuse to get me in your bed, you can just say it."
"No! It's not," he defends himself, "I just wanna hang out with you."
I can feel my smile widen, "Pick me up at five, I need to sleep now."
"Goodnight, baby," he says, probably still smirking. "Goodnight, Asher."

I'm sitting in history, the last class of the day. I can't wait enough for it to be over so I can head home and get ready for later.
When I can finally go, someone unexpected comes up to talk to me. "Kate?"
It's Lara. I slowly turn around. "Yeah?"
She smiles uncomfortable, "I thought we should probably talk."
"Okay, talk," I say harshly.
She nods, "First of all, I'm sorry. I know I should've apologized earlier, I just didn't have the courage to."
She doesn't even look at me. "Anything else?"
"I hope you're okay with Carter and I dating," she mumbles. "I don't care what you're doing, he's dead to me."
For the first time, she looks up. "I'm sorry things had to go this way."
I scoff, "I'm sure you are," I say and leave.
I'm sure she's actually a nice girl but I don't want anything to do with her or Carter.
That girl really managed to get me in a bad mood. Why did she have to come up to me today?
However, Asher picks me up in 45 minutes, I need to get home.
I change into grey shorts, a black tanktop and put a loose hoodie above it. I throw my hair up in a messy bun, right before I get a message from Asher.
[Asher] I'm here.
I quickly grab my bag and rush down.
"Hey," I say when I get in the car. I close the door and turn to Asher who's already leaning in, "Hey," he says, giving me a quick peck.
I could get used to this.
Again, he takes my hand once he pulled out of the parking lot.
"What do you say, we order pizza and then watch some movies?" He asks.
"Sounds good, what movies do you have in mind? Please don't say any romance stuff."
He gasps, "You're not gonna watch a love movie with me?"
I laugh, "You know I hate them," I say and he chuckles. "I know, I was thinking about something dramatic."
"Sounds good," I agree when we pull up the driveway of his frat house.
Once we're out the car, he takes my hand again and we get inside.
"You go upstairs, I will order the pizza," he instructs me. "Alright."
I do as told and make my way to his room and get comfortable in his bed.
It doesn't take long until he comes in the room, laying down next to me.
He starts the movie and he pulls me into him.
This seems so surreal, I can't believe I'm actually laying next to Asher.
We've come so far, two months ago I was still dating Carter and hating him and now, I feel my myself falling for Asher.
I'm so deep in thoughts, I don't even hear the doorbell until Asher gets up to get the pizza.
"Here, I hope this is alright," he smiles, giving me my pizza. "Yeah, thanks."
Once we start eating, my thoughts take overhand again.
I wonder where this is going. Are Asher and I going to be a couple? Or am I just a girl he wants to hook up with? No, Asher's not like this.
He seems to notice that I'm too deep in thoughts to concentrate on the movie, "Are you okay?"
I get out of my trance and look up to him, "Yeah, just thinking," I mumble.
He lays his and my pizza on the floor and turns off the tv, so he can fully focus on me. "What's wrong?"
I sigh, "Nothing, it's just crazy how things between us changed so much."
"Is that bad?" He asks and I finally turn to face him, "No, of course not."
"Good, because I really want to kiss you right now," he admits and I smile, leaning in to kiss him.
