synopsis: makeup bros
"Oi, Josuke, how's your skin always so smooth?"
Okuyasu asked with genuine interest, eyeing Josuke's face. His features were always so appealing to him. The bluish-purple eyes that juxtaposes with his pale, smooth skin, could being anyone it. His eyebrows were always nicely arched as well. And that hair, holy shit. A pomp like that was a dream come true. There's no denying it, his best friend was eye candy. Thinking about how awesome Josuke was made him feel all fizzy? He couldn't explain, it was a odd concoction of happiness and anticipation.
Josuke glares at him with those alluring downturned eyes and smiles, "Makeup."
"Makeup? Doesn't look like you have any on though."
"Exactly, as long as it's not over the top, no one really minds, plus your skin looks so good."
"Dude... yer a fucking genius," he compliments Josuke.
Seeing his best friend's interest piques his curiosity. How would Okuyasu look in a lil makeup? Incredible, obviously. Those thoughts triggers an idea, "How about a lil makeover for you, it's not gonna be excessive or anything, it'll look natural. I'll just be enhancing some of your features 's all. I can do it later on today."
Josuke knew Okuyasu was particularly curious and he knew the second he mentions using makeup, he would want to try it.
Okuaysu looked a bit flustered, a red tint spread across the bridge of his face. "Sure, just don't have me looking like a girl."
"Pfft , of course not, ya big doof."

"What, why can't I use yours dude." Okuyasu was all in favor for getting a free makeover, but he didn't feel like spending his own money. He's just stingy like that.
"You're a lot more tan than I am. Plus we're only getting BB cream and some foundation. I'll use the rest of my stuff on you, so no worries. You do those products know they make it in different shades, right? This is not the time for you to be cheap, y'know I'm broke." Josuke sighs.
The two waltzed into a drug store, entering the makeup aisle. Passing the rainbow of the assorted lipsticks, the two stand in front of an "intimidating" row of foundations.
<i>"There's too many to find out which shade is right."
"That's why we're gonna test and see. I think you have warm undertones, mine's are cool, you're lucky." Josuke mutters, holding up a beige color foundation to his friend's face. "Too light." He grabs a color called toffee, and holds it next to the boy. The warm, soft brown color, speckles with hints of oranges was perfect for Okuyasu.
"Now for the BBcream."
"What's BBcream, Josuke, y'know I don't know all this makeup stuff."
"Blemish balm. Its just a combination of a bunch of other makeup stuff. I'll put that on you then the foundation for more coverage."
It's definitely out of the ordinary for two boys dressed like delinquents buying makeup. The two stand quietly eyeing the lady ringing up,"Uhh, it's for my mom." It was that moment he realized how much easier it was just for his mom to buy his stuff for him. The total was 976 yen.
