The next morning I woke up with my ringtone bombing right next to my ear. I quickly picked it up.

“Hello?” I said tiredly.

“What’s up? It’s Justin Bieber.” He said, giggling.

“You just sound exactly the same as you sound every time at the start of a video.” I started laughing, I could hear him laughing through the phone too.

“So, are you pumped for tomorrow night?” he quietly asked.

“Yeah man.” I said, joking.

“I’ll see you there then. Make sure you bring something purple. Like a hat or a handbag or whatever. As long as I can see it. Have fun!” he finished.

“Sure, see you then.” I answered and hung up. Was this true? Or just a huge dream?. Everything seemed to be so unreal. Then reality hit me again. My sister woke up and looked at me.

“Good morning Ash, did you sleep well?” she asked, smiling.

“Good morning Jan, I slept very well. How about you?” I smiled back, as I answered.

“How rang before?” she continued, still smiling.

“It was Justin, just asking me how I was.” I said as I got up and went into the kitchen.

“Want to make pancakes?” I shouted as I opened the fridge.

“ Yes but no need to shot THAT loud.” Janet started laughing as she followed me into the kitchen.

“Sorry !” I simply snapped.

We prepared the mixture and started making pancakes. We quickly ate them. ALL.

“I guess you were really hungry, then” I said, looking at Janet’s empty plate.

“I guess you were too” she looked at me. Our eyes met.

“Thanks for bringing me here, Jan. Without you I wouldn’t be able to come here by myself so really, thank-you.” I said with a smile. She was the most dedicated sister somebody could ever ask for. She was so protective, dedicated to her family, friends and interests. Always has a smile on her face and she’s the only person I tell anything.

“It’s okay beautiful. I really understand how this is important to you and I’m just helping you with it. No big deal.” She smile, still looking into my eyes.

“You’re truly the best older sister I could ever ask for.” I finally said.

“And you’re the younger sister I could possibly ask for” She replied.

I don’t like being called young.

“What would you like to do today, Ash?” she changed subject since everything was getting so emotional.

“I would love to go visit New York City. Shopping, you know” I winked.

“Sound fun.” She quickly answered.

“Let’s get ready then, wear something comfortable, yeah?” I said as I hurried in my bedroom. Well, our bedroom.

“Yeah” she responded as she followed me.

Janet decided to wear a loose top, leggings and converse. Simple as that. I just wore a tanked top, shorts and sandals. It was really hot outside. We made sure we had our handbags, phones and the key when we had to return to the hotel.

We spent so much money on everything we could possibly get. Everything here is so…perfect. Since we had bags everywhere we decided to drop them off at the hotel before continuing our trip. When we kept walking I saw a black top, purple sneakers and white shorts. PERFECT. I entered the shop with Janet, tried the combination on and it suited me just awesome. I paid and rushed outside, realizing that my stomach was scrambling and it was 12:45. We decided to go to Nando’s, which was our nearest fast-food place. We went inside and make an order. We sat down and I felt like someone was tickling me. I turned and my heart dropped just right then. It couldn’t be. My mind started going crazy with a bunch of questions that probably needed an answer. Why was he here? Was this just casually? Did he follow me? How did he know about all this? How did he know that I would be here now? Today ? at 12:57? I didn’t realize that I was just staring at him, while Janet was laughing, seeing the whole scene.
