Hello all!
It has been way too long, and for that I would like to apologize. From the bottom of my heart, I am so sorry. This past semester has been the busiest of my life and honestly I wasn't loving the direction that this story was taken.
That being said, I am starting a new story that I am very excited about and am asking you to give it a chance! It's called Unbeknownst. After I finish this new story, I will try to come back to this one. I will be publishing the first chapter to this new story within the next few weeks.
Here is the story description:
Unbeknownst
Dunne Inc. - the top Investment and Commercial Real Estate Firm in New York City.
Its employees were comprised of the brightest, most determined individuals in the industry. The company flourished, but for reasons unbeknownst to the eager workers.
When the FBI catches wind that Russell Dunne of Dunne Inc. is engaged in illegal activities, they send in an undercover agent to investigate: Agent Quinn Luxe.
Chosen because of his intellect, Quinn must gather as much information as possible on Dunne while keeping his identity a secret. His seemingly simple task is proven to be much more difficult than he imagined when he meets Emma Smiles, an employee at the firm. Immediately intrigued by her kindness, Quinn can't seem to stay away from her. The two develop an undeniable chemistry that puts them both in eminent danger.
What happens if Emma discovers Quinn's true identity? What kind of illegal activities is Dunne partaking in? Are either Emma or Quinn safe? Read to find out.
