Jay
The day after your coffee with Jay you decided to go and see him. You saw him leaning against a wall with his phone in his hand. Taking this a chance to surprise him, you sneaked over and jabbed his side. "Ah" he groaned just catching his phone before it fell. You couldn't help but giggle at his reaction. "Find that funny do you?" He asked as you backed against another wall with him following you.
"No" you try and say but giggles erupt out of your mouth. He launches at you and starts tickling you. "Jay stop I can't breathe" you manage to say while those walking past were looking at you like you were insane. Eventually he stopped and let you go from the wall.
"Come on then we have places to be" he says taking your hand in his and intertwining the fingers. Looking at yours hands together gave you a warm feeling in the pit of you stomach. "This is okay right?" He asks as you walk to class.
Smiling you nod and walk to your class together.
Max
You were meeting up with Max in the same park you first met. Sitting on a bench you watched all the people playing in the autumn sun. A sudden bump next to you jolted you from your little daydream. Looking next to you, you saw Max. "A bit jumpy are you?" he smirked putting an arm behind you.
"No you ass, I knew you'd be here" you giggled turning to face him. He continued smirking. "Yeah but you still got jumpy" he said trying to stifle his giggles.
"Sometimes I wonder why I like you" you say looking at him. He began to pout "really." You quickly shook your head "no, I didn't mean it. What's our plans for today?" As soon as you said that he smiled again " well I thought we could just hang out in the park and maybe have a picnic?"
"That sounds like a great idea" you say softly standing up. He followed your movements and took your hand in his. "Let's go sit over there in the shade" he suggested lightly dragging you by your clasped hands. Even after you were sitting down his hand never left yours and you didn't want it to.
Nathan
He was going to take you out on a date but just your luck you had to work. You hated cancelling on him but you couldn't afford to lose your job. During lunch time you went out to Starbucks and saw a familiar head of brown hair sitting down. You tapped his shoulder "hey you."
He raised from his chair and embraced you in a big comforting hug. Sitting down opposite him you waited for your drink.
"I thought you were working today?" He asks sipping his tea. You nodded as your mouth was full of coffee " it's my lunch break, I really hate my job sometimes it's so tiring."
You gently rested your head against your arms as you sighed in relief. Suddenly you felt soothing circles being rubbed on your hand. Looking up you saw Nathan looking at your hand. You twisted your palm up and entwined your fingers. His eyes met yours and you both smiled. Your day was made better by that small act.
Siva
It was a good day outside and Siva asked if I wouldn't mind going for a walk with him. As if I'd pass up an opportunity to spend time with him. You had just left your flat when you saw him walk up the path with a cute dog.
"Hey who's this little cutie"? You say kneeling to scratch the dogs ear. He started licking your face and you started laughing.
"This wee guy is Pele, my friends dog, I said I'd take him for a walk as I'm out" he said as you stood up. "Well come on then let's get going" he sang being pulled along by Pele. You weren't keeping up so he slowed down and waited for you. Once yous were side by side his hand grazed yours. You bit your lip wondering if he would hold your hand. Seconds after thinking that, his hand slipped into yours. Slowly a smile crept onto your face and when you looked up he had a similar look.
Tom
You were meant to be meeting Tom at the club but there was no sign of him. You were at the club you first met and it made you happy just being there. Your phone buzzed and it was a message from Tom saying 5 minutes. Letting out a sigh you didn't want to wait any longer as you were tired. Taking a last look round you began to leave. Just as you were about to exit a hand grabbed yours and pulled you to them. You were about to yell at them for grabbing you. When you look up you see a familiar face smirking. "Heading out are we?" He asks. Smiling you answered "yeah I was getting tired and you were taking forever." He chuckled slightly and pulled you to the bar "well I'm here now and I'll get the drinks in." Laughing you rested your head against Tom's shoulder, your eyes glanced down and saw that your hands were still together.
