One year later Toni's pov It was finally safe for me to go back to riverdale. When I arrive in riverdale I go straight to Cheryl's house to see her but when I knock on the door no one answers so I head to Betty, "Toni oh my god" she says with a sad expression on her face "Betty is cheryl here" I ask "Oh my god Toni no one told you" she says now crying "Told me what Betty" I say getting worried "Toni I'm sorry sorry but Cheryl is dead" Betty tells me through tears "What NO HOW NO NO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BABY" I scream and breakdown "Toni she thought you were dead she put a gun to her head and pulled the trigger in front of me Toni I am so so sorry" "OH MY GOD I LOVED HER AND SHES GONE FUCK FUCK FUCK NOOOO" I drop to my knees Betty runs over to me and pulls me into her arms "Shhh Toni it's okay shhhhh" she soothes it doesn't help "BETTY HOW IS THIS OKAY MY GIRLFRIEND IS DEAD BECAUSE OF ME" I scream at her
I leave Betty's house walking home and cry I decided to go to thistle house I still have the key so I let myself in, I run into Cheryl's kitchen and just lean over the counter and scream and cry and then A silver shine hits my eye, it's a knife I pick it up and start to carve my arm when I'm finished I look down at my arm and see 'cheryl blossom' I then run up to Cheryl's room and just lie on her bed and cry and I start to think about the first time we met at that drag race Cheryl looked so beautiful "Uh I usually do the honours" I told cheryl "Not today cha cha I was born for this moment" she told me sassily I then remember the first time I ever fell in love with her "Did you just tell jughead Betty and Archie kissed" I asked her "So what if I did" "It's borderline psychotic did you at least have a reason" I asked her "Oh that's right your new here hi I'm cheryl blossom AKA Cheryl bombshell which means I need no reasons I simply am feel free to tremble" she says which made me fall so in love with her "I have a better reason how about you tell me what's going on because clearly your in a lot of pain" I tell her "GET YOUR SAFFIC SERPENT HANDS OFF MY BODY" she yelled and then stormed out
FLASHBACK TO THE NIGHT OF MY FAKE DEATH One of the Ghoulies stabbed me in the stomach because they threatened Cheryl and I told them they could do what they wanted to me but they were no allowed to touch cheryl they stabbed me a few more times I decided the safest option was if I faked my death and came back when it was safer. End of flashback
I now realise I was stupid because I have lost the only girl I ever loved. The day after I have decided to go to Cheryl's grave when I get there I place the flowers I bought on the ground and burst into tears "Cher baby we were supposed to grow old together baby I remember when I first got you to open up you told me that everyone thinks your loveless and your mother thinks you are deviant and I told you" "Your not loveless your not deviant okay your sensational" i cry and breakdown hugging her headstone "I love you baby I hope you know that I'm so sorry that you died thinking I was dead I never stopped thinking about you" I tell her hoping she can hear me When I leave the grave as I'm walking home something catches my eye 'tattoo parlour' This is perfect I think, I walk in and show the man the tattoo that I want to get
