•Cut out foods and drinks that are to high in sugar ect. This includes chips, cookies, fast food, ect. Replace them with healthier food options. You can't outwork a bad diet.
•Add more cardio and ab workouts to your daily routine. Some good examples are planks, crunches, mountain climbers, ect. Be careful not to only work on your stomach though.
•Drinking things like water, ACV, and green tea helps burn your belly fat. Drink water and tea everyday but be careful with ACV.
•Eat smaller meals throughout the day instead of fewer big ones
•Do a quick morning workout, here's the one I do below:)
