Ally's POV
I said goodbye to Aaron and made my way into college; I walked through the halls and up to drama which was my first half of the day and then it was singing, I didn't really care what way around my day went I still enjoyed it.
"Hey Ally, have you heard that Charlotte is hoping to ask you out today?" Elodie asked as I entered the music room. I rolled my yes I had turned Charlotte down in the past because i like someone else but she doesn't seem to understand. Elodie was such a good singer and we often do duets together and usually we work as a team and do corse work together; when it comes to the preforming side anyway.
"Seriously" i grumbled tolling my eyes
"Charlotte asked me out in school which is so annoying since I turned her done quite a few time" I rolled my eyes frustrated with the fact someone I was kinda friends with won't stop asking me out.
"Ally; can I talk with you a minute?" Charlotte asked as she came up behind Elodie and I. Charlotte smiles as I turned around.
"I'll catch up with you later Lo' looks like someone wants to talk." I smiled trying not to sound dissapointend that I couldn't away and talk to Elodie longer.
"I know the last time you turned me down when I asked you out but I'm asking you again. Ally Dingle I like you, I have done since we were in school and I can't help these feelings. Please would you do me the honour of becoming my girlfriend?" Charlotte asked once again and I rolled my eyes; she was pushy and never gave up.
"Charlotte, I'm sorry. I can't. I don't like you that way, I'm not interested no matter how many times you tell me or ask me out I won't ever change my mind" I rolled my eyes as I explained that I wasn't interested in her; I had my eyes on someone else but I didn't even know if it would work out with us .
"Why wouldn't you be interested in me; look at me, I'm gorgeous, I am popular and I'm talented too. What more could you want from a girl?" Charlotte asked cockily.
"Right Charlotte I'm not interested; I've told you a million times you and I will NEVER be together. I will be friends with you bury NOT your girlfriend. Maybe if you weren't so up your own ass more people would want to be your friend and then people might actually like you in that way but I promise you I will never EVER feel like that. Do you understand me!" I basically growled in frustration, I hoped I had got my point across because I was so annoyed
"But you can't turn me down in Charlotte" Charlotte points out which confused me.
"Right listen here Charlotte; stop being so up your own ass! If you weren't upbyour own ass then you would see that I am not interested. Do you want me to spell that out for you. I_A-M_N-O-T_I-N-T-R-E-S-T-E-D" I spelt out folding my arms hoping she had finally got the point. Charlotte frowned and turned away; I knew this was going to make one duet awkward for the performance but I had to say it; I had to get it into her head that I didn't want to be with her.
"Right everyone we will be going through the songs in the order you'll be preforming it in the next few weeks first up is Ally Dingle with Chasing cars by snow patrol" our teacher announced and I went up to the stage. I began singing the song confidently
"Those three words; Are said too much, They're not enough. If I lay here; If I just lay here, Would you lie with me and just forget the world? Forget what we're told; Before we get too old, Show me a garden that's bursting into life" I sang the part of the song that I liked the most. Eventually the song was finished and I went and sat down, Charlotte and I were soon going up for our duet we were singing your the one I want from grease which I loved.
"I got chills. They're multiplyin'. And I'm losin' control. 'Cause the power you're supplyin', it's electrifyin'!" I began the song almost instantly, I got right into the song as soon as I had began singing
"You better shape up, cause I need a man and my heart is set on you. You better shape up; you better understand to my heart I must be true." Charlotte sang; I then realised that the songs was about Charlotte wanting me; well not literally about me but it was true she did want to be with me but I didn't want to be with her; not one little bit. The pair of us continued singing and dancing around the stage like we had practiced, we were both ready to preform it on the night.
"That's it girls, and boys; I'm so proud of your hard work" smiled our teacher happily. Next was drama and it was fun, we were playing games today which didn't bother me but i would like to do some actual acting but that didn't look like it was going to happen. Eventually I was joining Gabby and Liv in town for our maccies date but I was so glad the day was over.
