Long Nights (Mark Lee NCT ff)

Ch 11

No one's POV
She fluttered her eyes open to a barely familiar room to see she is alone in the bed. Remembering what had happened the night before she shook her head at herself yet again disappointed. MingMei got up and put her clothes on and went to look for Jaemin. She walked into the kitchen smelling food and she saw Jaemin also in front of the stove. "Good morning how are you feeling" Jaemin asked smiling noticing her presence "I feel okay" she lied she felt horrible, weak even. "Umm Jaemin I-i need to get clothes from my apartment but I can't go back there" She said looking down "it's okay we'll go shopping together later" he said "I need to get money then" she said back "I'll pay for you it's all good" Jaemin said focusing on the pan "no please don't waste your money on me" she said "I want to, your an important part of my life now" he said turning to MingMei. What did he mean by important part of my life does that mean they are in a relationship or does he just want to do it because he's taking care of her. All of that worried MingMei if Jaemin really did care about her she couldn't return the feelings because she still wants Mark even after everything he said to her Mark holds MingMei's heart.

At Mark's house
"Hey Taeil what are you drinking" Taeyong asked the older "vodka" Taeil said holding the coffee cup with obviously no coffee in it "Vodka! Straight?" Taeyong said in shock "no, gay" he answered "THE VODKA NOT YOU" Taeyong said and before Taeyong could take away the cup away Mark got the cup and chugged the vodka down in seconds and when he put the cup down he saw shocked faces  "are you okay Mark" Johnny asked "yeah I'm fine" Mark dully answered "why do I feel like this has to do with your girlfriend" Haechan said "She's not my girlfriend anymore" Mark answered angrily "I was right she broke you now your depressed" Haechan said "I broke up with her actually" Mark said "why would you do that I thought you loved her" Doyoung said "I had to I'm getting married to someone else I can't be with her if I'm married to Silver" Mark said "why are you even marrying Silver if you don't like her" Yuta said "because it's the one thing that my Dad is actually happy about for me" Mark said "so your going to live unhappily the rest of your life just to make your Dad happy" Jungwoo said and all Mark did was nod slowly at his mistake it's already to late to back out of this wedding and he knew it all to well.

Later on at night
"Here" Jaemin said as he handed MingMei her pills from the doctor "thank you" she said taking them. Taking her pills she noticed Jaemin smiling to himself "why are you smiling" she asked "your neck" he said what was wrong with her neck she was confused MingMei slightly furrowed her eyebrows "I can clearly see the hickeys from last night" he said. MingMei widened her eyes she completely forgot about them she looked at Jaemin's neck and saw that the hickeys were barely visible on him "that's not fair look at your neck" she said pouting "I saw already" he said walking around the table and hugged MingMei from behind "in case you didn't notice everyone at the mall today was staring at them" he said which made MingMei upset and angry but not to much she tried to escape his arms but he was to strong "how could you let me walk around in public like this" she yelled and all he did was laugh at her and watch her struggle to leave his grip until she dropped him "ooww" Jaemin said as he tried to get up "that's what you get meanie" she said then left to "her room".

A week later
She sat on the floor next to her bed, putting her head on the her knees. Tears automatically fell down her cheeks. All her memories of Mark ran through her mind "Mark" she said to herself silently "why did you do this to me~" she let out. She missed him, Mark never left her mind. MingMei tried to move on, she really did. MingMei tried to be happy and move on with Jaemin spending so much time with him but she always thought of Mark when she was with him. She felt horrible for doing that but what could she do Jaemin tried to do everything to make her happy and he always seemed happy with her. Jaemin never realized she was hurting on the inside. MingMei's stitches were healing but her heart didn't heal one bit. MingMei heard footsteps coming to her door so she quickly wiped away her tears and got up. Jaemin knocked on the door "MingMei can I come in" he asked behind the door "y-yeah" she answered and he came in "I'm going to the store do you want to go" Jaemin asked "no I'm good thank you for offering though" she said "okay well I'll be back in like an hour call if you need anything" he said before leaving. Hearing the front door shut MingMei got food and began to eat while watching a movie. She was only watching tv for about 10 minutes before the door was knocked on "Jaemin probably forgot something" she said before she got up to open the door when she opened it to see no one except a note on the floor that said

I found where you live now, we can be together I'll take you so you can be mine be ready my love

Hey sorry for taking a pretty long break from updating, finals was coming up so I tried TRIED to study for that. I saw something really funny today, in case you didn't know Mark dyed his hair green so I saw a picture of him with his hair that color and a comment was who looks like grass now I died istg that was so funny I wheezed lol.
