War Approaching

    I passed out, and later woke up in the school counselors’s office. They were all whispering to each other looking at me
“He’s awake” Mr. Scott said shaking
“What…what happened where am I?” I asked
”In my office and you have some explaining to do” said the Principal; I knew I was in deep shit.

    “Since when have you been………. a Light Bearer Annie?”

  “Since birth but I know how to control my powers I….”
“Do you know what this means? You know the consequences so I'd not waste my precious time here, you are a disgrace…and my judgment is…DEATH TRIAL” he said looking away from me, before I could get myself I was in a dungeon with the walls made of dunite. They believed it was impossible for magic to work on a wall made of dunite, but as a Light Bearer it wasn’t impossible, to be honest with you it was the easiest thing to do, it’s just like detaching a label from an object.
My father told me something before he died; he said I wouldn’t be found out until the arrival of the war, the war between the good and evil, and this war involves every magical school in existence like a World War. When this time arrives, the true power of a Light Bearer is unleashed causing his or her eye to turn into its real color.

    The days of hiding would be over, all the Light Bearer's all over would come together and cast a shield spell to protect all the others who are camped, as they prepare weapons, create spells and armor.
Mr. Scott knew about this but he was waiting for the perfect time, his father was a Light Bearer and his father was part of the previous war where he was killed alongside my father. His father and mine were great sorcerers, they fought and almost conquered Oz Lorpethon till his mother’s betrayal,  she stabbed his father from behind with Oz Lorpethon’s sword buying Oz Lorpethon time to suck away his father and my father’s soul. My mother couldn’t get to them on time before she got there they were already dead, my mother had a natural gift of healing but this time the only solution was a life for a life.

  
   She decided to sacrifice her life for my dad’s; along the line of chanting the spell, Oz Lorpethon grabbed her by the neck, and...squashed her head off her neck.
I swore to avenge my dad and mom even if it causes my death, I must make sure I defeat Oz Greenie. Mr. Scott told me not to worry that he had it taken care of, after a while I was summoned “Annie….Mr. Scott here said you know where the lost scrolls of the Light Bearers are located, is that true?” I looked at Mr. Scott he nodded softly
“Yes, I do” I answered sharply “Take us to it” the Principal said as his board of instructors followed him.

 
       I led them through a cave, and then we got to a very old dusty library, I led them to where the scrolls were hidden
“Here it is Sir, I can open and read it so you don’t think am making it up you can also see” I said stretching the scroll to them “You don’t need to we are all ears” he replied
"I think it is best you read it Sir.” I said as he took it and began to read
“TO WHOM EVER IS READING, I AM “PROFESSOR DULFWORT” THE FIRST LIGHT BEARER TO EVER COME INTO EXISTENCE, our POWERs are NOT CURSE’s BUT GIFTs. I HAD A VISION ABOUT THE WAR TO COME, a future school called “SORCERES AND SORCERERS QUARANTINE” IS GOING TO BE THE SCHOOL TO LEAD THE SUCCESS OF THE WAR, ONLY BECAUSE IT HAS THE LARGEST NUMBER OF VERY STRONG LIGHT BEARER'S.

   “PROFESSOR GOUDY, YOUR FATHER WAS A LIGHT BEARER, HE LED THE WAR ALONGSIDE I, TOGETHER WE DEFEATED OZ LORPETHON WHOSE SON IS OZ GREENIE THE LEADER OF YOUR PRESENT EVIL. YOU ARE NOT A LIGHT BEARER, AND HE CAN ONLY BE DEFEATED BY A LIGHT BEARER, YOUR FATHER'S SWORD…SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE LIGHT BEARER WHO CAN LIFT IT, FOR HE SHALL BE THE ONE TO DEFEAT OZ GREENIE”.

Professor Goudy was speechless, when suddenly an enormous thunderstorm stroke, we ran outside and saw a dark portal in the sky “We have to prepare contact all schools tell them …IT HAS BEGUN…”.
