"No Peeta, don't die." Luke says to the television screen. His eyebrows knitted together in frustration. "Oh, bro, come on!"
"Lucifer he can't hear you." I say, poking his little nose with my tongue.
"YUCK!" He says while wiping my saliva off of his nose. He bites his lip and stares at my own. I quickly bring my attention back to the movie.
*KNOCK KNOCK* I get up to see who is at the door.

"Hey Cal!" Ariel greets to her stupid boyfriend.
"Watching movies, baby?" I cringe at Calum's nickname for her.
"Yeah, wanna join us?" She asked him. I could tell that she wasn't expecting him to come here. It was supposed to be just me and Ariel.
""Us?"" He asks annoyed.
Ariel and her stupid boyfriend walk into the room. His eyes land on me and he fake pouts to her. Ariel grabs his hand and leads him into the kitchen, to which I can no longer hear their conversation. I get up and walk down the hall towards the kitchen and stop midway to listen.
"Why is he here?" Calum asks her. I peek around the corner to see that she is sitting on the counter and he is standing in front of her with his hands on her hips.
"We were just watching movies. That's all." She replies, as if afraid of what he'll say.
"Can he leave?" He asks her. She shakes her head no, which makes me smile. "Please?" He kisses her lips. She seems to start kissing back and puts her arms around his neck. He kisses her jaw and asks again. She nods in response and he kisses her lips again while trailing his hands up and down her thighs. "He'll leave eventually, we can just stay in here until then." Calum says to her quickly.
"Okay." She says. Anger runs through my veins and I clench my jaw. I leave, not wanting to watch what happens after the kissing starts.

I don't know what to do. I can't fight Calum and don't feel like talking to Ariel. I pick up my phone and dial a familiar number.
"Um yeah, hi Nikole. Is that party still on tonight?"
"It totallly is, Luke!" Nikole says, giggling. "Would you be like coming?"
"Maybe.. As long as there will be alcohol." I say, smirking.
"There will be. So is that a yes?"
"Mhmm." I say, excited to be able to drown out my problems.
"I can't wait to see you. Especially with what almost happened at my last party..." She says and then whispers- "Ya know, before all the like police arrived."
"I remember. I almost got caught smoking the green."
"I know, Luke. You're such a bad boy." She says.
"I wish that I wasn't though." I whisper to myself.
"What?!" She asks obnoxiously.
"Nothing, Nikki. I'll see ya later. Bye."
"Okay, Babe." She concludes.
"Oh w-wait Nikole."
"Yes?" Her high-pitched voice inquires.
"I will come to your party as your date. And make sure you invite Ariel Howard and Calum Hood."
"Sure." She says.
"Bye."
"I love you, Babe." She says cooing.
"Yeah." I reply to a girl that I'll never love. I'll never love anyone but my Ariel, even if I won't admit it out loud.
