You could find Bickslow and Evergreen currently in the infirmary with their dying friend catching up and remembering the past all laughing forgetting the depressing matter at hand. "I can't believe that this is all going to be gone soon, its really upsetting that you won't be here with us baby," Bickslow said. Freed just smiled at his friend then said, "I'll always be here just not in the way you think. It won't really be that different it's just that I'm not here." Evergreen just looked at him mad then said to him, "You might not care but Love we truly do care for you and we don't want you to be gone and everything will be different without our captain." She just started to burst out in tears and jumped up to hug him and lay on the bed with him Bickslow not too far behind.
The trio stayed in that position for a while until Freed finally asked them to get off of him. They all just stayed quiet until Bickslow just jumped up and had a devious smile on his face. The other two just looked at him wondering what the childlike boy could have in mind. "Bickslow, what are you planing?" said the curious captain. Bickslow's smile grew even bigger the others not knowing that was possible then he spoke and said, "Why don't we have a final day of troublesome fun?" The other two smiles then Evergreen asked: "What do you have in mind?"
One hour later they are back in the infirmary, Bickslow being yelled at by Laxus for somehow temporary dying his hair pink while Master, Freed and Evergreen are just laughing there butts of in the background. The sound of Freed coughing interrupted the light mood of the room. Turning to look at him just as he's about to collapse the small master grows in size and manages to catch him before his head hits the floor. He slowly lays him down on the bed the lad has been laying on for the past couple of days.
Just as the Master lays him on the bed he falls asleep, and they all gather around him in silence listening to his shallow breaths. Laxus then speaks up and says "How much longer is he going to suffer like this?" Master then shakes his head and said, "I haven't a clue but I know it's not much longer."
