Chapter 1

"No Aubrey you cant go and that's final. I wont say it again!" Adrian, Aubrey's father yelled. She had asked to go to the party with her friends for the fifth time. Every time the answer was the same like always. Aubrey is a 17 year old senior and all her life she's been told no to going out. If her patents cant go she cant go. In all 17 years of her life she's never been to a party. She is very spoiled when it comes to money but if has something to do with going out she's told no. Her Father is Dentist during the week and on Sunday he's the minister at there church. "Maaaa, Daddy won't let me go to the party." Her mom held her hands up in surrender position as to say she cant do anything. She could cause he listen to anything else she says. Her mom, Brielle is an OB/GYN. She is very outspoken for the most part but when it comes to Aubrey and her father arguing she gets quiet. Aubrey sometimes feels like a caged bird and sometime she happy to be at school with the few friends she does have. She is very shy so when boys come up to her(which they always do) she blushes and does it hard to the point were her whole face is red. She never knows how to act when she around boys or people who do things like smoke or drink. She just feel like an butterfly waiting to be set free.
