Chapter 21

Instead of hugging back, Y/N used as much energy as she could to push Zach off her. Zach looked back at her with wide eyes

Z: What's wrong Y/N? Am I hurting you?

Y/N: No... but may I know who are you?

Z: I- Do you not remember who I am?

Y/N: No? Why am I here?!

Z: You got into a car accident and I'm Zach, your best friend.

The boys rushed in and saw that she was awake and quickly put down all the food they bought, rushing to Y/N's side, causing Y/N to panic

Z: She doesn't remember us guys...

Zach said almost crying as he stepped away from Y/N. Jonah walked closer to her

Jo: Do you not remember me? I'm your bff, you told me many of your secrets. We are so close to each other you cant forget me

Y/N: STAY AWAY BEFORE I CALL THE NURSE! I DONT KNOW WHO ARE YOU GUYS!

-ZACH'S POV-

My heart sank when she said that. I love her so much and then this happens, now she doesn't even remember me... this sucks so much. I ran out of the room with tears streaming down my face.

Y/N: What's his deal? Did I say something wrong?

Jo: Could you guys go out, I want to explain to her alone please

Everyone else walked out and he started explaining to Y/N

Jo: You meant a lot to him. He has liked you since we first met but you friendzoned him but after you guys patched up, you told him he had a chance to try to ask you out. So that's what he wanted to do. When you went out to meet your best friend, he wanted to ask you on a date with him when you came home. But you didn't make it...

Y/N: Oh no... I feel so bad now... could you please call him back?

Jo: yep and I think he should be helping you get back your memory

-TIME SKIP TO 1 HOUR LATER, AROUND 3AM-

Jo: Y/N Zach is he- oh she's asleep

Z: it's okay. I'll stay here with her, the rest of you guys can go get some rest, it's late

All of them except Zach left the room. Zach sat down on the chair next to the bed and held onto Y/N's hands and fell asleep.
