the Day had just started to break as the guys threw away the last of the destroyed machines that couldn't be salvaged and cleaning up the tossed over furniture and foamy mess Mikey made. You were busy at your desk rewriting important notes and blueprints that were scattered around the room, making sure their all accounted for. You leaned back in your chair and stretched and rubbed your tired eyes, looking over at the clock it said 5:30am. When you walked into the living room to see how the turtles were doing, you found every one of them fast asleep scattered around the room. You smiled at them and walked off to the closet to get blankets and pillows for them. You drape a blanket over each of them and slipped a pillow under their heads, when you eventually got to Donnie on the couch and gave him a pillow, he wrapped his arms around you in his sleep and cuddled into your neck. Your face was on fire, your mind racing trying to find a way out of this without waking him. You could have sworn a light bulb popped out of your head when you came to a decision. You reached over to the feather duster lazily hanging in his hand and gently brushed it on the side of his neck. You cheered inside your head when he sleepily scratched his neck, releasing you so you could scramble back. You stood up and tried to hold in a giggle and the adorable little noise Donnie squeaked out as he sprawled out on the couch, you turned and walked back to your desk to continue your work. You sighed in relief when you had finished with the notes on your desk, you looked at the clock again ‘10:30 am’ is read and the guys were still snoring away in the next room. You got up from your desk and headed to the kitchen and started preparing a huge breakfast
“the guys are probably gonna be starving when they wake up” you mumbled to yourself as you pulled out bowls, whisks, pots, pans and ingredients. You smiled widely, excited to get started.

I woke up to the most amazing smell in the air, it was nothing I ever smelt before. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and got up, seeing all my brothers still asleep wrapped up in blankets. (f/n) must have done that when we were asleep. I smiled at the thought of her going out of her way just to make us comfortable, especially after what happened. I headed towards the kitchen and when I turned the corner I saw (f/n) zipping around the kitchen as she was cooking. She hasn't noticed me yet but as I watched her she seemed to just glow with happiness with the smile that never left her lips as she glided from pan to cutting board to bowl.
“Good Morning (f/n)” I spoke tiredly, apparently I had startled her because her hand slipped on the pan she was holding
“Ouch!” she whimpered as she burnt her hand off the hot metal. I rushed over and grabbed her wrist and pulled her to the sink and ran some cold water over her burn.
“Oh gosh are you okay? I’m so sorry!” I apologize in a panic.
“Y-ya I’ll be fine Donnie. Its not the first time. Anyway, Good Morning” she said with a slightly pained smile. I felt so guilty for scaring her and causing her to burn her hand that I didn't know what I was doing when I brought her her knuckles to my lips and kissed her burn gently. My eyes widened when I realized what I did and quickly pulled away and released her hand. My face was burning when I looked up at her face, she was just as red as I was and her eyes stared into mine with surprise. I cleared my throat and stood straight.
“U-ummm I-I’m sorry about that a-and scaring you”
“I-its alright Donnie” she smiled up at me, her cheeks still pink as she turned to take care of the pancakes in the pan, flipping them over.
“How was your sleep?” She asked keeping her eyes glued to the pan
“I was good, thank you for the blankets by the way, you didn't have too”
