Walking over to your house with my bright yellow shirt and Jean shorts I was thinking about if we started dating. How it would ruin your life the king of the populars and me the nobody. Yes it would probably benfit me in a way but not for you. As I was thinking I wasn't paying attention to much. All of a sudden a scream interrupted my thoughts. It sounded familiar. I was thinking why did it sound so familiar, then it hit me it was skylynn's scream. I ran down to the creek and saw skylynn sitting in the water drowning. Apparently she slipped off the bridge and fell into the water. I dropped my stuff and yelled for help. I knew nobody was coming so I jump into the ice cold water and grabbed your sister. I pulled her to the bank and gave her my sweatshirt. I asked her if she was ok. I picked her up and took her to your house. I was scared to death.
I arrived at your house and just walked right in and laid skylynn on the couch. Wow I haven't been your house in forever it was beautiful I thought to myself. Your mom came in and asked why skylynn and I were so wet. I told her the story and she freaked out. She thought we should take skylynn to the hospital because blood was gushing from her head and her arm looked funny. Your mom almost made me come to. She told me to go up into her room and grab some dry clothes. I asked her if it was still alright if we work on our project while she was at the hospital with skylynn. She said yes but under one condition we couldn't be having fun if you know what I mean. I assured her that would never happen.
I went up to your room and surprised you. You asked why I was wet and was wearing your moms clothes. I told what had happen on the way here and your mom had told me to put on some dry clothes of hers. She said we can still work as long as we weren't having fun. You were scared to death you kept on asking questions about skylynn. I told you she was fine but you didn't believe me.
We heard the door open. We both got scared. Who was it skylynn and your mom were at the hospital, your dad was on a business trip, and Nash was on a date. We heard footsteps and glass breaking we thought it was a robbery. We held onto each other. The footsteps were getting louder and louder. We ran into your closet, and then we heard a girls laughter. At that moment we knew it was Nash and his date trying to scare us. Went to go sit on your bed and to start working again. Nash busted through the door. "Nice try Nash you didn't scare us" we said. Nash didn't know I was coming over so he started making fun of us. You like any other older sibling. We both got so red it wasn't even funny.
After Nash left I decided I probably should go home. That was to much excitement for one day. You begged me to stay. How could I say no to those big blue eyes? I stayed for a little while longer. But lots of stuff got done in those few minutes.
We made a poster and I used my sharpies he bought me, we glued on some pictures,and watch the video footage of each other. What we both didn't think of when we put the cameras in each other's rooms was after we got out of the shower we got dressed. It was most embarrassing thing in our life. We had to destroy theses. We could get in big trouble if someone found out about it. We got quite..... It was awkward. I started moving closer to you because we needed to share the paper. You scooted farther away. I tried to get it through my mine that you just saw me naked. I also tried to get it past my mind and proceed with this project. You were awkward as heck. You finally started to warm up to me again and started working. I started asking questions about boys and your opinion on girls. You answered honestly and then we both looked up and smile at each other we knew something big was about to happen. Our faces kept getting closer and closer until..... Your mom yelled to say she was back from the hospital. She walked upstairs to see you and I just staring at each other. She said, "There's been lots of excitement tonight and I think you should go home Riley." I agreed. Before I left I asked your mom how skylynn was doing. She said that she was going to stay the night at the hospital to have her exam and tested to see if anything else happen to her. Let me walk you out you said. Right when I was walking down your driveway I heard you yell "Wait Riley STOP! I need to tell you something slow down, wait for me." I turned around and smiled. What do you want? "I want you let you know I'm so thankful for you saving my sister tonight and I'm sorry my mom is a loud mouth and we didn't you know....... kiss." I said it was fine and I was just glad that I could get down there fast enough before something worst happened to skylynn. "I promise tomorrow won't be so crazy." you said.
I walked home and thought about my crazy night. I had to tell someone that you and I almost kissed. I decided to text D and tell her everything. D and I have the craziest convos ever
