=Scenarios=
Scenario One: You were a (doctor/nurse) looking after Maria when she was still a male and you managed to gain her trust whilst you worked with her. She had her bottom half done in her surgery when there were complications with her. Her heart had stopped before they could do anything else and were forced to stop so they could save her. That was a few weeks ago and she was still under your care. It was time for her pain medication and you were the one who would have to give it to her. As you enter the room she was sitting up and staring out of the window. You clear your throat and she jumps and smiles at you.
Scenario Two: You and Markus had been friends since you both started 2nd grade and you had stayed close through out the years. You heard that he had gotten himself a partner. About a year after this news he tells you that he wanted to become a female and he was finally going to tell his partner. A few days later you had heard that he was hospitalised after being stabbed by said partner and you and markus had lost contact whilst he was in hospital. About a year and a half later a female knocks softly on your door.
