|Tony|

I woke up and was met by a familiar ceiling. Thank God there wasn't any bright lights turned on to temporarily blind me. My whole body felt so heavy and horrible, like if I moved a single muscle it would feel like trying to lift a whole car.

Why am I always in these situations? I mentally asked myself.

I closed my eyes again to relax myself for a little while. My head was feeling a bit dizzy which made it hard for me to concentrate on knowing where I was exactly right now. The dizziness didn't plan on vanishing any moment so I forced my eyes to open and let them wander around.

My eyes wandered throughout the room and judging by the designs and stuff inside I'm back at the tower in my room and no longer in that fucking SHIELD hospital. Before I could close my eyes again I caught a glimpse of a figure sitting by a chair in my room.

"Steve?" I croaked out and groaned as I tried to sit up only for me to wince from the pain of my injuries and feel something holding both my arms and legs back.

I started to panic and move my arms again, and there I felt it. Shaking the bed cover off my arms they revealed restrainsts put on me, tied all over my wrists and ankles. They didn't hurt but it still kept me in panic mode.

"Tony? You're awake? Are you feeling okay?" Steve said tiredly as he stood up from his seat, putting, what I believe was a sketchbook, down on the chair.

"Yeah I am and no I am not feeling okay. What the fuck Rogers? Why am I tied to my own bed?" I asked as I continue to pull on the restraints that held me down.

"Uh yeah about that...they said it would be best to keep you tied down since you always take every wire off of you. And that you keep getting out of bed when you know you shouldn't be moving around a lot with your injuries." Steve pointed out and I hissed as a sudden pain rushed through my side.

"Tony?! What is it? Does it hurt? Should I get the doctor for you?" Steve asked in panic as he rushed to my side.

"NO!!" I yelled at him, he was taken aback and distance himself away from me. "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" I yelled even harder and saw a shocked look in his eyes and then it turned into worry. It confused me, shouldn't he have been upset? It doesn't matter, they're treating me like a piece of shit and tying me up is one way to do it. He didn't move and just stared at me. "I. Said. Get. Out." I said, menace deeply coated my voice. He looked panicked and catiously walked away towards the door and exited without a word.

As soon as he was gone, I tightly shut my eyes closed as the dizziness I felt earlier came back surfacing through me. I let out a low, deep moan as the pain of the wound on my side just seem to get worse. I think I do need the doctor but I already yelled at Steve to get out and I refused to whine like a baby and asked for him to come back with the doctor. I let myself try to relax and sleep again so I wouldn't gave to deal with the pain.

When Tony firmly said "No" his eyes turned red again. They remained red as he continued to yell. And so I confirmed that I wasn't seeing things and I did saw it right. It was what made me panicked and worried when he kept yelling at me to get out. I didn't know what to do or what is happening to him. His eyes never turned red before, but why now? After I left his room I quickly headed to find Bruce.

"JARVIS, could you please tell me where Bruce is?" I asked the AI politely, looking up at the ceiling.

"Dr. Banner is in his room at the moment Captain Rogers." JARVIS replied.

"Thank you and please just call me Steve." I smiled to no one in particular.

"Yes Steve."

I continue to run to Bruce's room. When I was outside his doorstep I gently knocked on his door.
