➞ Amelia Bennett is Bonnie Bennett's younger sister. She was meant to be a witch as powerful as her sister and their grandmother, but she was born without magic flowing in her veins.
She never really cared about it, until supernatural drama started taking over Mystic Falls and she needed to protect herself from vampires and other monsters.

➞ Amelia doesn't get along with Caroline and Elena but she is a good friend of the Salvatore brothers. Stefan and Damon cared about her and her safety and they tried to teach her how to fight.

➞ The young human has been in a relationship with Malachai Parker, causing her sister to avoid her for months. Amelia knew that loving the psychotic witch who had attempted to kill her sister and Damon was not the rightest thing to do, but she believed he could actually change. Eventually, they broke out when Amelia left Alaric and Jo's wedding injured and Kai was killed by Damon.

➞ Amelia is straight. She doesn't have the same high self-esteem of the other girls who are involved into the supernatural world since is just a human and everyone always tries to take adventage on her just to hurt her friends.

➞ She once tried to kill Elena when the new vampire had switched her humanity off. She still does not regret her decision to dive a stick through the brunette chest.

➞ Amelia loves to play the guitar and painting.

➞ She is now working on the Salvatore boarding school as a psychiatrist to help the students keep up with the supernatural world.
