'Regrets'

It is something that is present in almost every human. It could be Petty regrets like not being able to eat that last piece of cake or not asking that cute girl's phone number or serious one's like not choosing a good career. Izuku midoriya would be one such individual who's regretting his decisions. Well why wouldn't he when he's floating in the sea in his underwear looking at the bright sky trying to think back as to how he ended up in this situation. Cue to flashback

Earlier that morning
Izuku woke up like usual thinking about the encounter he had with Shadow. He still couldn't accept the fact that he believed a stranger's rambling about helping him and blindly followed him. He hadn't trusted Shadow completely, you know with him having a shady background. So he had to wonder that maybe it was just a prank. After his offer Shadow left immediately saying that they'll meet soon and didn't leave his contact info. Izuku lazily opened one eye and looked to his phone to see that it was 5:30 on a Saturday morning. Normally he'd sleep in as it was a leave day but after the events that happened yesterday he just couldn't. Sighing he finished up his morning routine while thinking about what his training would be and went to the front door to pick up the milk carton since his mom was still sleeping. He opened the door, knelt down to pick up the milk and noticed a shadow approaching him(get it?). He looked up to see that same man in black pointing a gun to his face.

"Training has started." was all he said as he shot Izuku with a sadistic smile.

Izuku swam back to shore and found Shadow sitting near a pile of trash. He went up to him with a look of disbelief and said,"Shadow-san you just shot me without a warning!" Shadow looked at a shivering Izuku and simply said," Well...villians wont give a heads-up before attacking you, so why should I?Plus this is training to be a hero so you have to expect the unexpected." That made more sense to Izuku while also hinting that he should be expecting some bullets to the head.

"So Shadow-san I know you offered to HELP me t-train but you haven't explained about our training or about the bullet you keep shooting me with or why you were following me for a whole month or-"

"OK.FINE!! Geez kid, you just don't stop rambling do you? Izuku scratched his head with a goofy smile,"I'm sorry it's become a habit." Shadow stretched his back and gestured Izuku to sit with him. The greenette complied and Shadow started his explanation,"Hmmmm...well let's start with the basics. First, dying will flames or deathparation flames( because you have a desparate will to do the one thing you wanted to before death. So deathparation - desperation, well you get the idea) a high density form of energy forged from an individual's life force. It's a type of battle aura that can be seen by others and acts as a real flame. Second, wave energy is the wave of life force that flows through a human, even people with quirks have them and when using the right medium the energy is brought out as a high density form of energy, the dying will flames. You with me so far?"

"Yeah. I got the general idea of it."

"Good. There are many types of medium to bring out the flames and in your case it's the dying will bullet(for now)which when shot the person dies and if he/she has regrets when dying they will be resurrected, literally. That's why your clothes get torn as you burst out of your old body and you are reborn with a new resolve. Moreover a person's body has different types of wave energy flowing but generally only one type of flame can be brought out. And for you it's the sky flames."

"Sky flames?" questioned Izuku.

" Now I have to talk about that huh? *Sighs* Well, there are 7 types of sky flame's that denote the rainbow known as the dying will flame's of the sky. Each flame having its own characteristics and properties. You can skip the explanation if you know all about the sky flames
