Boy: Ma'am What Medicine Do I take, My tummy is aching.
(with sad voice)
Girl: I Don't know sir, you better see the Doctor and she will check up you and after that she will give you a medicine.
Boy: Hmmmm.. Okay ma'am thank you, see you around.
Girl: Bye!
(At the Doctor's Office)

Boy: Hi Doc Good Morning, I'am here because my tummy is aching and I'll go always go to the bathroom to pee.
Doctor: Good Morning too, okay wait, I will check you first

Doctor: Okay Kiefer i will write your medicine here, (pointing a piece of paper) and go to the pharmacy and find the pharmacist to give you this medicine, okay?

Kiefer: Good Morning again ma'am, the Doctor said this is my medicine and if it is here can you give me this medicine, by the way ma'am is this free or i will pay for this?
Girl: Good Morning too, Yes Sir we have this kind of medicine, No Sir you will not pay for this medicine this is free.
Kiefer: Really Ma'am? Okay Thank you ma'am, I have to go, Bye.
Girl: Yes, Bye.
