Guys, I'm seriously crying right now.
I had all this free time on my hands and managed to write the next FIVE CHAPTERS. I wasn't going to publish them all at once but I was going to publish chapter twenty nine this morning...
I have the entire book so far typed into a single file, and when I opened it this morning to upload the chapter, my computer CRASHED. T_T
To make matters worse, when I rebooted my computer, it took several hours, and when I tried to reopen the file, it was corrupted.
To say I'm devastated is an understatement... but to say I'm embarrassed would probably be a better word to describe my feelings right now...
Regardless, I'm starting the next chapter from scratch and continuing from there. I'll be keeping all chapters in separate files, and have learned the importance of backing up said files in the cloud.
