Woohoo so um, little trigger warning right off the bat since there is slight mention of abuse but it isn't anything really bad!
Just as a warning, i'll probably be really on and off with updating but i'll try my best so please be patient!

A young boy, no older than the innocent age of five sits on the moulding steps of a garden, the sky above him dark and gloomy from the large storm clouds growing near.
The boy, known by the name of Karuma Kurushima gazed dully out into the forest before him with light blue eyes, slightly red and swollen from the tears he recently shed.
His so called 'parents' had recently decided they wanted to hurt him a little more, the 'mother' standing and watching as she belittled him while the 'father' beat him to within an inch of his life.
But that didn't matter now, of course none of it mattered, he had someone else to call mother, someone that meant the world to him after only a year.
Right on que, the bushes infront of the boy rustled lightly, making him break into a wide excited grin as a large female anacconda emerged from the shrubbery with a gentle look in her eyes
"Hello... My sweet little hatchling~"
The snake hissed out in a motherly tone as the boy sped foreward and wrapped his pale arms around her long smooth body
"M-mother... Im so happy you're here they... They... T-they"
He stumbled over his words as gentle sobs racked his body, speaking the language of the serpent in a hushed tone
The serpent nodded in understanding, gently coiling around his body and lifting him into a tree
"Sssstay here my sweet, i will take care of thissss~"
The boy looked at her curiously before nodding, trusting her fully.
With one final check to make sure the boy was secure in the tree, the snake slipped off into the house, shrinking into a more suitable 10foot form, her disappearance was soon followed by the blood curdling screams of his 'parents' and the sobs of his pleading 'mother'
Not long after the snake returned, now at her full thirty foot length, she joined the boy in the tree and gently coiled around him to keep him safe.
"Ssssleep now my hatchling, you are sssafe with me~"
With those last few words from the one he looked upon as his mother figure more so than the humans, he drifted off into a comfortable sleep for the first time in a while, feeling at ease around the snake.
"Trusssst in me~"
