Sarah had a huge grin on her face, these idiots were dropping like flies! She'd be number one in no time and she wasn't going to worry about any stupid inconveniences. It's like these losers really consider feelings over winnings? Sarah found that hilarious. She didn't need friends, they would only disappoint her.
"Hey, Sarah!"
Speaking of disappointments.
"So, I was thinking about our plan to take down the other spellers. And not to be rude but it's kinda lame," Regina laughed. She nudged Sarah, throwing an arm over her shoulder. Sarah rolled her eyes and looked away from Regina. She really didn't need this right now, she just needed to win this thing and leave.
"We should really spice it up! Lasers! Maybe dogs!"
"And where would we get that, Regina? Where?" Sarah scooched away, exiting Regina's grasp. Regina stared off into space for a while before shrugging. Regina really didn't know but she was just so bored! Regina loved spelling but she just really wished things were more fun. Dogs were fun, dogs were really fun!
"I don't know. I just need something to do! I need to get back into my groove because I don't know how much longer I can take it! This. Is. Boring!" She shouted, slumping against the bleachers as she whined.
"Please try and stay quiet." Panch gave her a look before going back to doing his job. Regina stuck her tongue out at him when he looked away.
"Mr. Panch is a dick." She groaned, "Isn't he? He just seems so mean! Like, no one asked for you to be here, go away." Regina crossed her arms and pouted. Sarah once again rolled her eyes at Regina's childish behavior.
"Regina, listen. Mr. Panch is not a dick, you're just loud. Turn down the volume, the plan won't work if you get disqualified." Sarah gave Regina a pat on the shoulder. Sarah tried her best to sound as nice as possible even if she did hate wasting her time on Regina. It obviously wasn't the most enjoyable part of this scheme. But she needed Regina, she really did. Sarah didn't like to admit it but these kids were talented, she couldn't do it alone. Which is why she not only had Regina, but a list of every word that would appear in the Bee. They say cheaters never win,
But Sarah was determined to.
"Argh, you're right! You're always right." Regina frowned, "How are you so good? You're the best. I'm sitting here complaining about how boring this is...do you have anything for me to do?" Regina raised a hopeful eyebrow, Sarah looked around. She supposed she could do some manipulating right now. She still had to get Ms. Lisp, Titties Up and Cat Capes out. And she still wasnt very sure if 'Miss-My-Mom-McGee' was gone for good. Her eyes fell onto Logainne, she could get rid of Logainne easily. It wouldn't be a chore at all.
"Okay? I got it." Sarah held in a laugh, grabbing the pencil on her ear. She took a piece of paper out, jotting down a small note.
Dear Logan,
"No! You spelled it wrong."
"What?" Sarah looked at Regina, Regina took the pencil and paper.
"Yeah, it's spelled weird. Here." Regina fixed the mistake, handing it back to Sarah.
"Thanks?..."
Dear Logainne,
"Wait, are you messing with me? It's spelled like that?" Sarah questioned, glaring at Regina. She knew Logainne's parents were extra but she didn't think they were this extra. Regina gave her a simple nod, smiling as she went back to watching the spellers compete.
"Alright then." Sarah sighed, continuing to write the note.
Dear Logainne,
I know this may seem sudden but you seem like a nice gal! I really would love to get to know you, especially with that adorable lisp. Maybe after the Bee we could get together and hang out sometimes? That would mean so much to me if you'd atleast consider it!
Here's my number,
