Sweet 16

Hello everyone! Today is my 16th birthday. I can't believe it's real. I've wanted to be 16 years old since I was 6. But why?
Let's say I watched a lot of TV an I wanted to be like the girls in the famous shows. But actually I am not.
I dreamed to have extremely long hair, but actually I had my hair cut last weak. I wished to look like a model, but I am not, I am still skinny actually. Also I wanted to be taller than 1.60 but I am not, also I wanted to be without glasses, but I understood it suits mecwearing them. Also I wished to have a perfect skin, but I don't.
For ten years I wished to be somebody else. I thought I would be dissapointed if I don't and I should look how I imagine to. And right know when the day finally came I understood I've been kind of silly. I just should me my true self and it doesn't mater what everyone else think if I like my appearance.
