MISHTI BIRTHDAY

Part 4

Abir was getting restless, all he could think about was seeing Mishti, he wanted to wish her properly for her birthday which he never got the chance to do, it was 11:30pm, he had half an hour until her birthday was over. So he decided to surprise her, he quietly snuck out of the house making sure no one saw him.

He drove to her house and parked a little away from the front of the house in case anyone spotted him. He hadn't been here since the Gordhana day. He could never bring himself to come here knowing what he did not only to Mishti but to her family. The family that gave him so much love and trusted him with their daughters happiness. It was late but he knew she would still be awake, so he called her.

M: Abir, are you okay? Why are you phoning so late?
A: Mishti I couldn't wait to see you, I am parked outside your house, can you come see me, please?
M: Abir it is so late, and why did u come here? What if someone sees you?
A: I'm sorry, I couldn't wait till tomorrow to see you, please come outside just for 5 mins then I will go.Please.

The truth was she was as eager to see him as he was to see her,so she agreed readily. She went out on the balcony and jumped down just like old times when she used to sneak out to meet him. Abir had his back turned but he just knew when she came, he could feel her presence and sure enough as he turned there she was. It felt like all his stress, tension and restlessness just disapeared. She has that effect on him, when he is with her, nothing bad can happen.

M: Ajeeb Rajvansh, tum pagal ho, kya? You are here this late at night, what if BM or BP saw you? Or even worse what if your mother followed you here? What would you say? You know what a big problem would of....

Abir put his finger on her lips to stop her talking, he then held her face in his hands, kissed her forehead and told her what he wanted to say for so long ' Happy Birthday Angry Chorni, I love you.' They shared an eye-lock and then Abir pulled her into his arms. He held on to her so tight that he was afraid if he let go just a little she would disapear forever. Mishti also held onto Abir with the same force afraid to let go. In that moment, nothing and no one mattered, their world just consisted of them and their love. 

Mishti starts crying while in the arms of her love, ' You dont know how long i have waited to be in your arms again, it feels like forever. Dont ever let me go again.'

A: I dont ever want to be away from you again, it would just kill me.

M: (breaking the hug) then why did u leave me, why did you keep us apart for these 2 months? did you not trust me or our love that we could withstand whatever your mother would throw at us, that you alone decided the fate of our relationship?

A: No, its nothing like that, you know i trust you more than myself. It was just such a shock for me and i didnt know what to do, which way to turn so i gave in to Maa's threat. I am not strong like you, I fell weak. But our love was never weak and it never will be. I know that no matter what i say, it wont be enough to let you know how sorry I am. But i will make it up to you for the rest of my life, that is if you want to spend the rest of your life with me.

M: Thats all i ever wanted, its not going to be easy but i know that we will overcome it all as long as we are both together and no more secrets between us, ever.

A: I promise you Mishti, i will never keep anything from you again and i will learn from you to be strong as well and do everything to fight against the entire world for our love.

M: Thats all i want Abir. 

Just then BM calls her:

BM: Mishti, where are you? its so late?

M: BM, i am outside in the courtyard, just talking a walk, i will come inside now.

BM: Teek hai beta.

M: Abir, i have to go, BM will come outside looking for me.

She turns to leave, but Abir pulls her in and hugs her tight. " I love you Mishti, i cant wait to see you again tomorrow. Goodnight Angry Chorni.' With that he let her go and she hurried off, without saying a word. When he got home, he saw her msg. " I love you too Ajeeb Rajvansh. Goodnight.

This was the start of their new love story along with new battles to be fought, but when you have your love with you, nothing is impossible. All battles can be won!!
