Her lungs are lined with particles that get released when she breathes.
When these particles come together they create vortexes.

They can also be used as black holes
She can also turn herself into particles, however this takes up a lot of energy.
When she does this she loses all facial features and her eyes are yellow slits
She can also use her vortexes to teleport, listen in on conversations and protect herself.
Each vortex lasts for up to 12 hours before the teleportation part acts by itself.
Overall, each vortex lasts 24 hours before it is automatically diffused into the air.
Her particles are purple, just like her father's.
Drawbacks:
Sometimes she will randomly hack up particles- especially if she hasn't used her quirk in a while.
She must wear a face mask at all times to stop
the particles escaping on their own.
Pain Relief
Pretty simple- she heals faster from wounds.
She can still get hurt, but she won't feel much pain from it since it heals extremely fast.
This also means that she cannot actually tell whether an injury is serious or not.

Long black hair, goes down to her waist
Purple eyes, turn yellow when she turns herself into particles.
Extra Information:
Shares a hatred for pro-heroes with Tomura, particularly All Might.
Has grown up learning how to fight.
Hates social interaction or having any attention on herself.
Seems calm on the outside, but if pushed too far may snap.
