"I can't believe you tried to steal Bakugo's lunch." (y/n) laughed.

She was walking beside Denki on her way home, well, on her way to the alley where she teleported home.

"Well, I got a tiny bit. But it was so spicy! Like I thought my face was melting!" Denki threw out his hands- unfortunately hitting (y/n) in the face.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry!" Denki fussed while (y/n) fell into a fit of laughter.

"It's fine. It doesn't hurt." She giggled, removing her hand from her face.

Denki looked confused and rubbed the back of his neck.
"I thought I hit you hard enough to leave a mark at least."

"It's a second-quirk type thing. My wounds heal quickly, so I feel much less pain. It's kinda neat for paper-cuts and stuff." She smiled and continued walking

"That's so cool!" He grinned and gave her a peace sign.

(y/n) laughed and they continued chatting.

Suddenly, she glanced behind her and noticed a figure lingering behind a lamppost.
Her eyes narrowed and she laid a hand on Denki's arm.

"So- huh? What is it?"

"I-" she continued to stare at the figure, maintaining eye contact until they looked at the ground- clearly intimidated.
"Nevermind. This is my stop."
She waved Denki goodbye and stepped into the alley, keeping her back to the figure that was following her.

"So," she suddenly spoke, surprising the person who thought that they were hidden in the shadows.
"Why are you following me, Bakugo?"
Faster than he could follow, she unsheathed a hidden knife and faced him.

"How did you notice me." Bakugo seethed and stepped out of his previous position.

"You're not a very good hider." (y/n)'s face gave away no emotion.

"I was just making sure you weren't a threat, idiot. But now that I know you're not-"

A knife was held to his throat, her face inches from his.
"And how do you know I'm not a threat?" She gave off such a terrifying aura, that even Katsuki was a little scared.

"Just kidding." She smiled, but it didn't quite reach her eyes.
Her tone completely mismatched her words.

"Sure. Yeah." Bakugo scrambled away, stuffing his hands in his pockets.

"See you tomorrow, Kacchan." She dissapeared through a portal, leaving him breathing heavily in a completely empty alley.

"So," (y/n) began, snuggled in Toga's arms on the sofa in the bar "thanks to your distraction I got some info today."

"You what?!" Tomura nearly cracked his neck turning his head to look at me
"Why didn't you mention this earlier!"

"I forgot." She shrugged and got out her phone, having to scroll through the many selfies Denki took on the way home as a joke.

"Who's that (n/n)?" Himi pointed at her phone, squinting her eyes.

(y/n) smiled, she could easily detect the hints of jealousy.
"Just a guy from school."

Tomura narrowed his eyes suspiciously.
"Why are you hanging around future pro heroes (y/n)? And why is there pictures of him on your phone?"

"I'm hanging around with him because I go to his school and he took those pictures as a joke. Would you rather I was caught right away?" Tomura scratched the back of his neck guiltily.
"That's what I thought," she continued "If I didn't interact with anyone, it would be extremely suspicious."

She ran a hand through her hair and handed Tomura her phone (with the correct picture showing)
"Here you go Freakface, All Might's teacher schedule. I'll be in my room. "
(y/n) left the room in a hurry, clearly annoyed.

Toga looked at the ground
"I'll go check on her."

(y/n)'s POV

Why are you lying to your family?

You know that there's more to it than just 'if I didn't do it I'd get caught.'

You like him don't you?

He's your friend, isn't he?

How pathetic.

A villain like you doesn't deserve friends.

A villain like you deserves enemies.

"Shut up." I whispered

Stop pretending like you're deserving of them.

You're a murderer.

"I know."

You're a murderer.

You always have been.

And you'll never be anything else.

"I know."

You're not deserving of love.

Much less her love.

"I know." My voice rose

...

If you died no one would miss you.

"If I died no one would miss me." I repeated, pulling my knees close to my body.

"I would miss you." Himi's voice spoke

I looked up to see her standing by the door, a soft expression on her face.
She walked over to me and sat down. But not before she tackled my upper body in a hug.

"You're amazing (y/n)." She whispered into my ear.

"I just...I feel like I'm betraying my family by hanging around with heroes."

Himi sighed
"Would you feel guilty if you were to betray them?"

"No but-"

"Then it's fine," she brush a stray hair out of my face and smiled "We all understand that you sacrificed your time to do this. You're selfless and wonderful and so, so pretty."
She giggled.

I stared up at her in wonder.
With a pink blush adorning her cheeks, her lashes covering her eyes as she looked down in embarrassment and her lips curled into a beautiful smile,
Well...

I had never been so entranced in my life.

I lent forward and caught her in a delicate kiss.
When I pulled away, I looked deeply into her eyes.
"Himi...I think I love you."

A smile bloomed on her flushed face
"I think I love you too."
