In the Death Room:
Soul sat in the awkward silence waiting for Lord Death to speak. "First question. Why are you dating err should I say banging my son." "I'm dating him because I really care about him." "Why do you care about him?" "Because... Well I don't know. When I see him my soul feels complete and when he's gone I feel incomplete. When he smiles it makes me happy to know he's happy and it kills me inside when he's sad. He just makes me feel complete." Lord Death had a tear go down his eye. "Also I really just wanna put it in his butt to be completely honest." Lord Death sweat dropped. "Well at least your being honest... Alright fine. You can date him." Soul smiled.
In the class crescent moon:
Soul walked into the class room and sat down next to Maka. "What did Lord Death want to see you for?" "To see why I wanna date Kid." Maka shook her head and went back to reading her book.
A few weeks later:
Soul and Kid came back from another mission and were currently walking into the class room. "Oh good! I needed to talk to you two." The two looked at each other and walked up to Prof.Stein and the rest of their friends. "Yeah?" "I have a mission for the eight of you to go on together. You leave tomorrow morning."
