Soul x Kid

Chappie 14:

At Kids mansion:

Souls eyes popped open. 'Seriously?' Soul grabbed his cell phone squinting to see the time through the bright screen. Once his eyes adjusted he read 4:32. Soul let out a moan and looked to his left to see an empty space. 'Wheres Kid?' Soul threw the covers off him and went out into the dark hallway. Soul and Maka had been living at the mansion with the trio for about a month now. When Soul had told Maka Kid wanted them to move in with him she could harly sit still. Soul came up to the bathroom and seen a light from the bottom of the door. 'Who could be in there?' Everyone had there own bathroom. True not all rooms were big. Kid and Soul had the third biggest room in the house because Liz and Patty shared the master and Maka had the second biggest. Kid didn't ming though. The room he and Soul shared now was the room he had always had. Soul knocked on the door and when all he heard were gagging noises he slowly opened the door and peered in to see Kid hunched over the toilet bowl puking his poor guts out. Kid looked up at Soul tears were in the corners of his eyes, he was pale and looked miserable. Soul looked at Kid with sympathy and walked over to him and sat down on the edhe of the bath tub. "What are you doing in here Kiddo?" "I... I didn't want to wake you up because of me gagging or something." Soul hugged Kid. "Have you been doing this since we moved in?" Kid shook his head and Soul hugged Kid tighter. "Well tonight will be the last night alright?" "But..." "No. Last time Kid." Kid shook his head. Soul let go of Kid and Kid quickly hunched back over the toilet bowl. Soul rubbed his hand over Kids back in soothing circles. 

Now at 10:48:

Soul and Kid came down the stairs hand in hand. Kid looked like he was still asleep while Soul looked like he was helping Kid stand. "Ne it's about time you two wake up." Kid looked at Liz and shot daggers at her. "You wouldn't say that if you had been up since two puking your guts out. Hey maybe you should try it sometime it's really fun." Soul sat Kid down on the couch and Kid immeaditly pulled Soul down and cuddled him. Everyone had gotten used to Kids outbursts and never really payed much attention to them or took offense to them anymore. Liz just smiled. Maka then leaned over the couch to whisper into Souls ear. "You need to get him in a better mood. We don't want him grouchy for later." Soul looked at Kid who was fast asleep and back at Maka. "Once he wakes up again and gets some food in his stomach he'll be fine." Which everyone knew was true.
A little while later:

"Come one Patty I'm tired, hungry, and my feet hurt can we please go home!" Patty looked at Kid and giggled. "Yup!" Patty and Kid got into a taxi and headed off toward the mansion. When they got there and the door opened Kid nearly jumped out of his skin when all the Soul Eater girls jumped out and shouted out surprise. "Wh...Wha???" Tsubaki giggled. "It's a surprise baby shower." "Is this what you guys have been so secretive about?" Everyone shook their head. Kid smiled.

Near the end of the shower:

Everyone was gathered in a circle waiting for Kid to open his presents but everyone got owrried when Kid just sat there. "Kid are you alright?" Kid looked at Maka a small smile on his lips. "Yes. I guess I'm just... nervous." "Why?" "Well... this is how I'm gonna find out my babies gender right?" "Yeah? OH! Your worried its not going to be the gender you want it to be!" "No! Thats not it at all. It's just... I don't know how to explain it." All the girls nodded some how understanding what Kid meant. (If your confused Kid told Soul he could tell anyone he wanted what the babies gender was except Kid himself and he wanted to find out what the babies gender was at his baby shower. I did this because it is IMPOSSIBLE shopping for baby clothes that could work on either gender.) Kid opened the first present and got a big grin on his face as he seen the little outfit. He was going to be having a little baby girl.
