16 : Being Single is Hard 😔

Rosé point of view :

"You look stunning ,"Lisa complimented on Jennie's flowery outfit .

"Thanks ,"Jennie thanked with a glowing smile .She then made her way into the kitchen .

"Aren't you that famous doctor with a clinic at Gangnam ?"Bambam questioned Eun Woo .

"Yes ,"Eun Woo mentioned smilling brighty .

"Well , I remembered her .She came to me before ,"Eun Woo mentioned pointing at me .

"Yes I did , I also met you at the front of the restaurant when you came to pick up Ji Soo ,"I stated as Ji Soo pointed at the half hung banner ."Opps "

"I'll do it ,"Lisa said as she stood up and headed to the wall to get the banner up .

I stood up from the sofa for I was bore and headed into the kitchen .

The strong smell catch my attention .

"What's that ?"I questioned Kai as he fried something in the pan .

"Fries ,"he answered me as he picked up the cooked fries with a pair of chopsticks .

He sprinkled some pepper onto the fries and added a pinch of salt onto it .

"Lisa mentioned that she will be incharged of drinks ,"Kai mentioned .

"I'll put it on the dinning table ,"I mentioned as I headed out the kitchen .

"I'll get the cups ,"Jennie stated as she approached the cabinet .

I smiled at her and made my way into the living room .

"Where is the drinks ?"I questioned Lisa , looking around for the sign of bottles and cartons of drinks .

"It is beside the sofa ,"Bambam reassured , pointing at the bag laid silently on the floor .

"Thanks ,"I thanked him as I grabbed hold of the bag and headed off towards the dinning table and had the drinks arranged .

Jennie came out from the kitchen and laid the cups on the table .She went off and came back with cookies and the plate of fries .

Suddenly the door bell rang loudly .

"It must be the pizza ,"Jennie said , alert at once .She rushed off to answer the door and came back in with pizza boxes in her hand .Kai embarked with a  plate filled with roasted chicken which filled the air with a piquant aroma .

"Ah ,"I sighed sniffing the air filled with the aroma as my mouth watered with saliva .

"That smells amazing ,"Ji Soo remarked smelling that strong aroma which reached her smell receptors .

"Sure is ,"Eun Woo agreed , nodding .

"Well , roasted chicken is my expertis ,"Kai mentioned proudly .

"Jennie is so lucky to have a great boy friend ,"Lisa teased , giggling .

"Let's feast ,"Kai decided as everyone gotten themselves sitted at an empty seat .

Holding their forks and knives rooted in there fingers .

"This is so tasty ,"Ji Soo remarked munching away on the chicken with her teeth grinding up the cooked meat .

"Delicious ,"I complimented chopping the tangy meat with my strong teeth .

Everyone was enjoying themselves with the apetizing food served .It sure was to marvellous to resist .

"I forgotten the watermelons ,"Kai remembered , placing down his knife and fork .He stood up and rushed off towards the kitchen bringing out a plate of watermelon slices .

"You have a stain on your lips ,"Ji Soo mentioned as she pulled for a tissue and wiped it off Eun Woo's lips .

"You too ,"Eun Woo stated as he took another tissue and dab on her lips as Ji Soo blushed a little .

I turned my head over to Lisa who was trying to feed Bambam .

"Ahhhh ,"Lisa chuckled as she took a fork with a piece of meat , stuffing it into Bambam's mouth .

"Good Boy ,"Lisa commented as she patted Bambam's cheecks .

I sighed as I was the third wheel in this situation .I bite my lips as they crushed together .I felt so lonely for I was the only one without a partner .

"Let's play a game with the drinks ,"Kai suggested as he placed the plate of watermelon slices on the table .

"Sure ,"Jennie agreed as she kissed Kai on the check .

I hid my face , looking at my skirt . 

"Yes ,"Lisa cheered rejoicingly .

"Let's play rock paper scissor and the object with the lesser amount has to drink a cup of sprite ,"Kai explained .

"Okay , get ready !"Lisa mentioned as everyone and I got our hands ready .

"Rock paper scissor ,"Kai shouted , placing rock with Jennie and me .Lisa , Bambam and Eun Woo placed paper and Ji Soo was the odd one .She put scissors .

"Oh no ,"Ji Soo whined with her hands wrapping her cheecks .

"I'll drink it ,"Eun Woo decided , cooly as he gulped up the whole cup of sprite .

"Wow !"Kai and Bambam exclaimed as Jennie clapped her hands .

Once he drank the whole cup down , everyone gave Eun Woo a round of applause .

"Again ,"Bambam exclaimed as everyone took their hands out .

"Rock papper scissors ,"Kai annouced as he placed scissors with Eun Woo .The rest placed rock and I was the only one with paper .

"Chaeyoungie ,"Lisa chuckled with her eyes wide .

I took the cup and gulped it down as the sprite filled my stomach , making it heavier .

I really wished that I had someone by my side to take care of me , to drink my cup and love me dearly .It is seriously not alright to be single but I wondered who would be the one available and the one to win my heart .I looked at my bracelet for this friend of mine which I  fell for when I was young wasn't to be found .I couldn't really remember his looks but the bracelet was what he left with me and it was my campanion when I felt sorrow .I would remember of that last warm smile he left .

"You guys play , I'll be using the toilet ,"I decided as I stood up and left them with the game being conducted continuously .
