I take a deep breath as I look at the window trying to appreciate what I see outside the car. transferring school is such a bullshit.

but I got no choice.

And now I have to live with my cousin and his boyfriend.

I don't want to transfer schools.

but what's the point of staying??

I don't have a friend to go back to..

I stare at the news paper at my lap.. I crumple it out of anger and throw it at the back of the car.

"what's going on??" mom ask.

"nothing.. I just don't want to be reminded with all that scandal.. My life has been a nightmare already" I sigh.

"Everything is gonna be okay Brooklyn.. You're gonna turn a new page in life and that's it" She smile.

My mom... Is the greatest woman in the world.

My asshole dad left her while being pregnant with me and now she's forced to raise a child on her own, became a business woman and now the third richest person in the world according to Forbes Magazine.

All these body guards and yet she still chose to drive me herself to my cousin's house.

I love her so much.. And I couldn't ask for a better mother because she's already the best.

She suggested that staying in this town will help me stay on the down low with people not recognising me so I can live a normal life.

She stop the car right in front of a house.

It's so simple and it looks good at the same time.

The house is painted pink with a black roof.

I walk out of the car and start to get my things.

My mom help me carry my bags to the porch.

"I can't stay any longer.. You have your card and cash and PayPal so you're all set! Say hi to your cousin for me" She smile.

"Yes mom! I'll miss you so much" I cry as I hug her tight.

We pull apart and she quickly get inside the car.

She roll her window down and wave at me as she leaves.

I face the door and take a deep breath.

This is it..

I ring the door bell and knock at the door.

"Hello!? Anybody home?!" I call.

I ring the doorbell again and knock.

The door opens and a hot guy appears in front of me.

He's got smooth brown hair and grey eyes.

He's not wearing anything except for the towel that's wrapped around his waist.

He is so hot.

"Addison Montgomery??" I ask as I stare at him confused.

"No! I'm Zabdiel! His boyfriend how can I help you?" He smile.

"Yeah I'm Brooklyn.. His cousin" I stare at him awkwardly.

"Brooklyn!!!!" Addison suddenly appear out of nowhere and hug me tight.

"Hey Addison" I try to smile as I hug him awkwardly.

We pull apart and smile at each other.

"Come in!!" Addison smile as he signal me to get inside.
