I take a deep breath as I walk inside the police station.

This is it.. My dad is gonna be free..

As soon as I enter I see dad and his attorney.

"I have it.. The Documents" I smile at them

"Where's your boyfriend?? You said you're gonna introduce him to me" Dad smile.

My expression shifts from excited to being sad.

My heart starts to break into a million pieces.

"He's.. He's not my boyfriend anymore Dad" I try so hard not to cry.

I fake a smile and nod his head..

"This is not the right place.. But we will talk later okay?" He smile but his eyes are full of concern.

I nod as he walk towards me and give me a hug.

The processing of the papers take hours so my dad give me money to go to some cafe to chill.

I drive my bike to the nearest cafe.

I get inside and the smell of it reminds me of one moment.

I order an americano and then take a sit at a table by the window.

The barista serves my drink and I start to take a sip.

I look around the cafe and sigh as I remember everything.

I look at the chair in front of me which is empty and smile as I picture Brooklyn sitting there.

I smile as I remember the lines he said.

People are staring at you like you're fresh from a James Bond movie.

I chuckle as I can still hear his voice clearly in my head.

That was the moment I realized I am into him..

That I like him..

That when our hands touched I felt so satisfied.

The moment I knew that it's gonna be him.

And now it's over..

I messed it up..

I fucked things up..

But this is not who I am..

I am not a fuckboy.. Not anymore.

Don't let one mistake define who you are..

"Deep thinking??"

I look up and see Patricia smiling at me.

She sits on the empty chair in front of me and smile..

"How is he??" I sigh.

"He's fine.. Just give him time okay?" She smile at me.

"He's right.. I shouldn't choose him over my son" I sigh.

"Maxence.. Who says you have to choose?? You'll always be a good father to your son.. But that doesn't mean you can't love and be with Brooklyn anymore.. Life is so complicated but it's so much more than that" She smile.

"But Brooklyn said" I sigh.

"Brooklyn said that because he's been through a lot of shit.. His Mom got pregnant when she was in Highschool and his dad didn't take any responsibility.. He just rejected them.. That's why He's scared you'll do the same" She sigh.

"But I'm not like that.. I will always take responsibilities for my actions" I sigh.

"Then you have to show him that.. Show him that you're not like his father" She smile.
