Prom was coming up and everybody was running around like headless chickens . Girls were getting asked out by guys like nobody's business in the most random ways . Girls were constantly talking about the expensive dresses they planning to get

Not only was all of this was sickling sweet it was also ridiculously .Why spend so much money on a dress you'll probably wear once and do these prom-posals . It was a waste of money

Besides I knew Rio was obviously going to my date and I definitely didn't need a bunch of confetti in my face to know that . It was recess period and I was eager to find out what I got for that project

The score board was right between to the lockers and cafeteria . To my luck nobody was in sight . It was just me

Huh , guess no one cares about their grade anymore

As I started at the score board and immediately saw I came second place

Wait what

Who came in first ? I looked at the score board and saw Rio 's name . Aww thats my man  . I looked at Haley's name just to Rio's . Oh and Haley I guess .

Yay 🙄

But I wouldn't be surprised if Rio did most of the work but then I guess she must have put in some work because they somehow managed to come in first place while I have no choice but to do all the work because of someone's dimwit boyfriend who refused to do anything before I threatened to leave

' I believe you found that dimwit attractive not so long ago ' my annoying conscious said . Agh I really hated her

' Oh don't you even start '

I was so lost in my thoughts I didn't sense Rio was behind me with his hands wrapped around my waist " Sorry did I scare you ? " he whispered in my ear while I simultaneously felt his hot breath on my neck . His voice was raspier than usual and I wasn't going to lie I found it totally hot " Yeah a little "

I found his innocence cute in a way . Here I was getting all horny over his voice and wanting to do things to him and he was completely oblivious to what he was doing to me

We spent a few minutes just silently cuddling before he said " You know you did well ,right" he said " Yeah but I know I can do better " he smiled " You barely give yourself any credit "

I don't intend on giving myself any credit until I get in first place

" So what was your project about ?" I asked out of curiosity " Oh , it was about the history of makeup " What ! The history of makeup . What a vague topic . I didn't have to be a brain sergeant to now this had Haley written  all over it

I mean my project so much meaning to think I lost to a bunch chatter about makeup kits is beyond me

What has this world become ?

But neither the less I forced a fake smile and congratulated him

Unfortunately it was one of those days we went to be mall and I couldn't blame Eliana because I had agreed why ? Because Eliana has been kinda pushy  lately about Dylan not being good enough for Julika . In this  past week  I bet she has made hundred-and- one reasons why they're not compatible
