We entered the place oh how this brought back memories.
"This place didn't change a bit"
Shadow: "Yeah same i think the last time i came here was when I was 12 years"
"Really?! wait wasn't that the same time my father banned me from coming here with you bcuz he hated ur family for some reason?"
Shadow: "Yeah..."
"Did you know why?"
Shadow: "Why don't we order some pizza then we can skate" he smiled
"Ok..." There he goes again dodging the question about his family again why doesn't he want me to know his family i mean its just another beta family so why
Shadow: "WINTER"
"Huh What" I looked at him
Shadow: "I said if u would like a meat pizza? Is everything ok?"
"Oh yeah sry i was thinking about something" I smile
He patted my head,
Mason: "You think too much" he patted my head, I just nodded. Its probably nothing or not important if it was important he would've told me because he would never hide anything from me.
Mason: "They said the pizza would be ready in 1 hour so let's skate for the time being" He smiled at me.
"Yeah totally" I smile and we got our skates and started to skate, "Hey check it out" I showed him some new moves i have been learning
Mason: "Wow that's amazing when did u get the time to learn those moves"
"Remember the skates you got me for my 17th birthday?"
Mason: "The black and purple one with the roses on them.....Yep I remember them you were so happy when i got them for u" He smiled
"How can u remember that from 2 years ago but not the periodic table or what you ate last week" I laughed
Mason: "Because that day u were really sad and because your dad wouldn't stop abusing your mom and they were fighting alot and a week before your birthday u were looking at the skates and even worked really hard to pay for them but" He clenched his fist "Your dad took all your money and spend it on himself so I decided to buy it for u for ur birthday and when i gave it to you, you had the biggest smile on your face it sparkled brighter than the sun itself u were so beautiful" He looked at me and smiled my heart just raced a bit when he smiled at me i felt heat coming up to my face
Mason: "You're blushing"
"Huh? What! No psssh wateva lets just skate" I skated away from him trying to calm myself down
1 hour later
We stopped skating and went and ate our pizza and shared some more memories from when we were young like the first time we met how i beat up all the boys for bullying a some guys and totally dominated them in the school sport festival. Shadow was the complete opposite even though he didn't like to sports or violence he used to come and watch when i played he was more of the artsy type his painting and sketches were amazing, I never saw his parents come to any sports festival before but i did see his sister she would make time and come and see us and she is amazing cook her food was always delicious when she came to support us.
"Hey how is Jena?"
Mason: "My sister? Oh she's doing well she actually has her own Business but own a bakery on the side"
"Woah she's amazing like always" I smile and took a bite of my pizza "I missed her cooking"
Mason: "Hmm hey wanna go and visit her bakery sometime?"
"Really!!! That would be awesome Thank you" I hugged him
Mason: "Yeah no problem" I broke the hug and checked the time
"Hey we should get going its pretty late" He nodded we finished eat and left the place and headed to his car where he dropped me home we hugged goodbye and he kissed me bye and I left his car and went inside my house. I opened the door and turned on the lights and saw the girls, I shouted
"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE?!!!"
Ivy: "Sooooooooo how did it go"
Alex and Luna: "Give us all the details"
I sighed "It was"
