Hi sorry about the wait I am here to update on the story and get this over with

Jessica's P.O.V.

While walking back to the pack house, I started feeling uneasy. I stopped walking, looking around looking for something. I don't know what it is.

Lucias stopped walking and looked back when he saw I wasn't following. "What's wrong?"

"I don't know."
"What do you mean?"
"I feel uneasy, like something isn't suppose to-"

Suddenly I heard the cry of a baby. It echoed in my ears and without thinking I started moving. My bare feet were hitting the ground rapidly. My eyes were shifting from brown to silver and I felt my claws growing.

The wails of the baby/babies got louder the closer we got. Screeching to a stop, I growled uncounciously. I could hear Lucias also growl when he caught up to me and caught a wiff of rouges and caught the scene in front of us.

Cautiously I walked up to the two babies laying and crying infront of an oak tree.

The rouges looked ready to lounge at me but backed away when Lucias started advancing on them.

While they were distracted I quietly stalked up to the babies and shushed them. When I saw they quieted down I looked up and saw that the rouges were gone and Lucias standing there watching us.

I looked back down to see the babies looking back up at me. They looked to be smilLi smiled at them and they atarted playing with my hair. I giggled at them and looked up to see Lucias standing further away from before.

"Why are you so far away than before?" I asked curiously. He hesaintly looked up at me and went stiff in the body. It wasn't big enough to be noticeable but wuth my watchful eyes I noticed it right away.

I looked him in the eyes and smiled ensuring him that it is okay to come closer. He slowly walked closer and stopped a feet away from us. I realised he was afraid of scaring the babies. I chuckled and raised my hand out to him motioning him to give his hand. He gave it to me and I slowly brought his hands towards the babies. When his hands were close enough to them the babies latched onto one of his big fingers and started playing with it.

"They like you. See there wasn't anything to be scared about." I smiled at him.

"Yeah," he said with adoration in his eyes.

I looked up to see it's starting to get dark. "I think it is time to go back," I told Lucias looking back at him, he nobbed and we got up, with some difficulty since my arms are occupied, and started heading back.

TIME SKIP~ At the pack house~

When we reached the pack house it was quiet except the sounds of the kitchen utensils being used.

Lucias started walking down the hallway and I followed him. He went up to the room I was in this morning and started to make what looked like a nest in the middle of the bed. He motioned for me to put the two sleeping babies on the bed. They fell asleep on our way to the pack house. When I laid them down I looked at them closely and realised they looked alot like me and a little like Lucias. I wonder why.

Thank you for reading. I will be doing a character introduction for the characters here. I am hoping to do that today so look out for that but for now thank you for reading this. Bye for now 👋😊.
