Sorry about not updating but here I am so you really sorry about that!!!

Jessica's POV

After talking to the pack members and getting to some of them, Lucias took me outside the pack house for some fresh air.

We were walking, as I was told, near the pack borders, hand in hand. I have never felt so calm and at peace in so long that it felt so new to me.

"Hi?" Lucias said breacking me out of my thoughts, I hummed not looking at him but feeling his gaze on me, "I want to take you somewhere that I think you might like, do you want to go?"

I looked at him surprised no one has asked me before if I wanted something so his question surprised me greatly. I couldn't speak so I slightly smiled and nobbed my head.

He smiled cutely and lead to what I think is a cliff. He suddenly covered my eyes and whispered in my ears after my tiny panic attack, "Do you trust me Jess?" he whispered, I felt a chill go down my spine. I thought about it, he has made me so happy in the small time he has been with me and I trust more than I have trusted anyone in my life, "Yes," I said with so much confidence.

I could feel the happiness roll off of him as he picked me up bridal style, making me yelp in surprise and wrap my arms around his neck that he look delighted about , and told me to keep my eyes closed. I did as told and let my head rest on his shoulders. He walk a few miles I think, then came to a stop.

"You can open your eyes now," he said softly.

I opened my eyes to see that we were on a cliff, I turned my head to look in front of me and saw something I didn't know was possible.

It was like a majestic painting and I wanted to savor it. In front of me was the sun setting and off in the distance you can see it mixing in with the water, like it was spreading it's wings out into it. My eyes widen and I gasped, I looked back at Lucias and asked, "Is this what you wanted to show me?"

He chuckled and nobbed, "This place is the only place you see the sunset this beautiful and amazing, I found this place as a child and it was my own little secret, I told my self I would show my mate this when I grew older so I brought you here, I wanted to share this with you," he smiled and looked at me when he finished.

I bushed and smiled at him, "Thank you for sharing this with me, it's wonderful."

I hugged him and surprised him with a kiss on the cheek.
