Kate's pov- Monday morning rolls around and I walk though those doors and walk right up to Daniel. "Alright, asshole let's talk about it now since you didn't want to do it over the phone!" I yell at him "calm down Kate everyone is looking at us" he said trying to calm me down. "Fine, talk to me at lunch then" I say walking away from the group. I walk into my class and sit in my usual seat in the back. Class goes by fast and I get up from my seat and start walking to my next class. Someone grabs me and pulls me into a classroom and shuts the door. I finally look up and see Ryan and my face goes from pure fear to confusion. "Ryan, I haven't seen you what feels like forever" I say "Kate, I need to tell you something about Daniel" he says really fast. "What?" I ask "He is trying to use you like one of his puppets" he says like I'm stupid. "Yeah, I got that" I say very sassy. "Well I knew from the beginning" he says so proudly "Okay, don't hurt your ego" I jokingly say "hey!" He smiles and we both laugh like we use to. "I missed you and your stupid cute face" I say while laughing. He laughs as well. "Anyway what are you going to do about Daniel?" he asks me "Show him I'm not somebody to be mess with but, I need your help will you?" I ask looking down at the floor expecting him to say 'no'. "Of course I will help you because I love you kate and I will never stop loving you!" I was stunned by his answer but, I shaked it off and replied back with "let's go show that jerk we're not somebody to be messed with" he nods and we start walking but, in my mind I said something totally different 'I'm not anyone's puppet anymore'.
