Thirty minutes had passed, and I was awake ten minutes ago.
Kim was still sleeping.
Ryan informed me that Reese still has no idea Kim and I were home, along with mom.
"Kim-ber-ly," I said in between kisses. "You have to get up! Reese is up." I said.
She groans and buries her face in the pillow.
"Five more minutes." she said, barely understandable. "Come on, stand up." I said, pulling her up from the bed. "I thought this would be easier but okay then." I mumbled.
I heard her chuckle under the pillow and after I stood there, just admiring her and waiting for her to stand up, she sat up a little.
She puts her arms up, motioning me to pull her up.
I laughed and shook my head, taking both of her hands and pulling her out of the bed.
"Ryan and I went to Chipotle a while ago, so breakfast's ready." I chuckled, rubbing her back as we hugged.
She pecked my cheek before yawning in her yellow hoodie, combing her hair and we both stepped downstairs.
"Mom's at the kitchen." Ryan mouthed.
Kim and I giggled in-whisper, before she hugged mom from the back.
She quickly screamed before looking back at Kim and I.
"Mom!" I exclaimed. "Zach, Kim! What'r you guys doing here?!" She shrieked and hugged the both of us. "So that's why you went out at eight am!," mom said and we laughed. "You guys hungry?" she asked. "Kinda." Kim shrugged. "Here's some Chipotle." I offered and she send me a smile, taking the fork from my hand and started to eat. "I should've fixed the house, Zach." mom said.
I chuckled.
"It's good, mom. Where's Reese?" I then asked. "Oh!" she gasped. "She's in the bathroom, fixing herself. She will be surprised!" she said.
We nodded and sat down, ate a little with a few conversations shared in between.
"Mommy!" we heard Reese's voice yell from her room.
Kim and I laughed silently as we walked behind the staircases, trying to surprise Reese.
"Good morning sweetie!" mom greeted and gave Reese a big hug. "I have a surprise for you." she tuned.
I hear Reese gasp and turned around, only to get shocked by Kim and I.
She squeals and Kim quickly pulls her in for a tight hug.
"Kimmy! You're here with Zachy!" she giggled and I kissed her cheek. "I missed you guys!" she added and I picked her up, spinning her around. "We missed you too!" Kim replied with a smile. "How long have you guys been there?" she giggled. "Hm," I looked up and pretended to think. "A while ago?" I replied, more in a question tone.
She gasps and hugs me even more.
"Can we go out later? I missed going out at the park with Zach and Kimmy!" Reese asked. "Sure! We can go out after lunch and let us get ready." Kim replied. "Okay!" Reese clapped and we just chuckled.
