Daniel's pov

"Alright, alright. That's what I'm talkin' about!" Jo yells as he raised his glass
with a smile "Now everyone give it up for the maid of honor-"

"Daniel Lim!" he yelled and everyone
cheered , I chuckled and looks at Jay
and Stephen with a sad smile , trying
my best to not cry "a toast to the groom!"
I yelled while staring at Jay who smiled

"To the groom! To the groom! To the groom!" the others cheered making
the newly wed couple laugh

"t-to uh the other groom!!" I added

"To the groom , to the groom , to the
groom" the others repeated

"From your best friend..." I said in a
sad voice , Jay probably noticed this
because his expression became
worried

"Daniel! Daniel! Daniel!~

"Who is always by your side!" I said
and bit my lip as tears starts to form
and slowly roll on my cheek

"By your side! by your side!"

"To your union" I added as I use the
back of my hand to wipe my tears as
if nothing happened

"To the union! To the revolution!"

"And the hope that you provide..."

"Provide, to provide"

"And may you a-always..."  I looked
at Jay and saw him frowning "are you
ok?" he mouthed , I smiled and shook
my head

"Always.."

"Be Satisfied" I whispered the last
part and I immediately ran out of the
room. I stopped running and sat on
the floor while hugging my knees
and crying "f-fuck...I look pathetic"
I mumbled

"Da..niel?"

I looked up and saw Jo's puffy eyes
"wh-what happened? why are you
crying?" he asked while holding both
of my shoudlers , I only stared at his
puffy eyes and smiled "shouldn't I be
asking you the same thing?" I asked

"i-its... I wasn't... I just..." He stammers
and suddenly tears starts to well up on
his eyes and he hugged me and started
crying on my shoulder. Slowly , I wrapped
my arms around him too

"I never thought that unrequited love
would hurt this much..."
