Seungwoo didn't even bother to thank the nurse. All he knew was he in need to see Eunbi as soon as possible.Dongpyo, who was in his arms, gripped Seungwoo's shirt firmly. As Seungwoo reached Eunbi's ward, he was greeted with a middle-aged doctor.

"Are you Mrs. Eunbi's husband?"

"I am," Seungwoo answered while panting heavily, "What happened to her?"

"Mrs. Eunbi encountered an accident," Seungwoo's face turned pale, "But the accident didn't cause any harm to her,"

"She.. will survive, right?" Seungwoo's voice cracked a bit.

The doctor remained silent, turning his gaze to the ground, "I'm sorry, sir,"

"I don't think so," Seungwoo held Dongpyo tightly, his heart sank in an abyss of misery.

"Daddy?" Dongpyo, who seemed to not get a hold of anything, stared at his dad blankly.

"You're kidding me, aren't you?" Seungwoo let go of Dongpyo and put him down.

"You're kidding, right?" his voice was raised to almost shouting level. Seungwoo took a firm grip at the doctor's collar.

"Tell me, this is a joke," he loosened his grip and his eyes turned watery.

"You still have a moment to see her, sir," the doctor replied calmly, not taken aback by Seungwoo's harsh action.

Seungwoo took a deep breath, "You said that the accident didn't cause any harm,"

"Then, what is it?"

"Mrs. Eunbi was diagnosed with a health problem. She was too stressed and suffering mentally,"

"That caused her to get a surprise shock inside," the doctor answered.

Seungwoo's heart sank once again. He never knew about any of this.Eunbi never told him about this. That caused him to feel guilty and pain inside.

"Can you take care of Dongpyo first?" Seungwoo asked the doctor. He nodded, "Sure,"

"Dongpyo," Seungwoo held Dongpyo's shoulder while staring at him, smiling, "I'll go inside to see Mommy first, then you come in,"

"Why, Daddy?" Dongpyo pouted, "I wanna see Mommy now,"

"Just wanna have a sweet moment with her, okay Dongpyo?" he kissed Dongpyo on his forehead.

Seungwoo took a deep breath and held his moist eyes. He opened the door softly.

"Eunbi," he greeted.

Eunbi, who seemed to zone out, came to her senses, "Seungwoo," she smiled.

Seungwoo felt an unusual ache in his heart. He held back his tears from pouring out.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

Eunbi chuckled, "I thought that it was nothing serious,"

"Never thought that it'll become like this though," she smiled.

"How can you still smile at this moment?" Seungwoo asked, almost losing his patience, "Don't you know that you're on the verge of dying?" he raised his voice, tears already dropping down to his cheeks.

Eunbi's smile faded, "I know," she smiled again, "That's why I'm enjoying every moment left,"

Seungwoo couldn't hold it anymore. He hugged Eunbi gently, careful not to hurt her.

"Eunbi," he whispered to her ears while sobbing. Eunbi pat his back gently.

"Why are you crying, Seungwoo? A man shouldn't cry," tears escaped from her eyes.

"You shouldn't cry over a jerk like me,"

"I'm not a great wife and mom," Eunbi sobbed uncontrollably.

"I don't deserve someone like you, Seungwoo,"

Seungwoo held her shoulders tightly, "What nonsense are you blurting out, honey?" he managed to crack into a faint smile.

"I love you with all my heart, more than anyone else, more than myself," a tear escaped from his eyes, "You're my everything,"

Eunbi smiled faintly, "That's why I don't deserve you, Seungwoo,"

"I love you too,"

Seungwoo wiped his tears using his shirt, hoping that it could hide his already puffy eyes.

"Where's Dongpyo?" Eunbi asked, "I wanna see my son," she smiled.

Seungwoo cracked into a smile, "He's outside, I'll let him in,"

Seungwoo reached for the door and signaled Dongpyo to come in, "Dongpyo, Mommy wants to see you,"

Dongpyo's eyes gleamed, "Mommy," he entered her ward, running with his small feet.

"Be careful, Pyo," Eunbi said gently.

"Mommy, I miss you," Dongpyo cuddled with her while holding her hand tightly.

"I miss you too," Eunbi kissed Dongpyo on his forehead.

Seungwoo smiled at the sight of his most loved beings in this world cuddling together, giving love and affection. However, his smile suddenly faded when he thought of the reality.

"This might be the last time I'll see this beautiful view," Seungwoo's eyes turned watery again.

"Mommy, let's go home now. I've built a house for us three," Dongpyo flashed a bright smile.

Eunbi smiled sweetly as tears were already formed, "Sweetie-" Eunbi coughed. She clenched her clothes firmly, feeling pain inside, "Can I talk to Daddy for a while, please?" she tried her best to form a smile.

"Fine," Dongpyo pouted, "Daddy," he pointed at Eunbi, indicating his Daddy that Mommy wanted to talk to him.

"Eun-" Seungwoo saw Eunbi clenching her shirt, panting heavily, "What's wrong, Eunbi?" he looked at her with widened eyes.

"Seungwoo," Eunbi smiled faintly, "I think I'm," she gasped, trying to inhale properly, "dying,"

Seungwoo felt a heavy lump inside his throat, his heart sank, "Eunbi,no. You must survive," he held Eunbi's shoulder tightly, "Doctor. Doctor!" he shouted at his utmost level.

Dongpyo who was staring at both of his parents, tilted his head in confusion, "Why, Daddy?"

"Seungwoo," Eunbi breathed heavily, "Dongpyo," Seungwoo looked at Dongpyo, and brought him to see Eunbi.

"My son. My precious son," Eunbi caressed Dongpyo's cheeks gently, "I love you so much,"

"Sorry, I'm really sorry that I can give you the best treatment that a mother should give," she sobbed.

"What're you saying, Mommy? I love you too," Dongpyo's statement made Eunbi cry even more. Seungwoo who seemed to hold back before, was bertrayed by his tears which was already streaming down his pale cheeks.

The doctor came with some nurses, trying to treat Eunbi with their utmost abilities.

"Seungwoo," Eunbi faced Seungwoo, smiling, "You're the one who I love the most, you know right?"

"Say no more, Eunbi," Seungwoo placed his hands on Eunbi's cheeks, wiping off the tears on her cheeks, "You need to survive,"

"But I can't," a tear dropped from her eyes, "I love you," she smiled before exhaling her very last breath.

"No,"
