NICHOLAS BECK IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO BREAK OUT. A voice stopping him. "It's useless,they've dosed you with enough vervain to take down a vampire older than me."
Nicholas looked up,seeing a man who was covered in dirt. He tried to grip the bars,his strength failing him as he slipped off and fell to the floor. He pushed up off the floor,dragging himself against the wall,resting himself in the wall. "Where the hell am I?"
Nicholas looked over at the man,scanning him. When he looked up,seeing the young vamp in pain. "Augustine,a place where they torture vampires."
Nicholas hit his head against the wall,groaning. "I fucking hate him."
The man turned his head,looking up at the boy. "Hate who,love? There's no point in being defensive. We are going to be here for a while. I've been here for years."
Nicholas looked over,seeing that the man had somehow managed to give him a smirk. "My boyfriend,well ex-boyfriend,he thought it'd be great to turn me into a vampire. Saying 'we could life together forever.' That was a lie,because even after the difficult...transformation I walked in on him kissing someone else."
The man made a what sounded like a hissing sound. "That's no way to treat a fine man like yourself. Now,you said boyfriend?"
Nicholas smiled,shaking his head. "No,because I said EX-boyfriend. I'm Nicholas."
The man smiled,nodding. "I'm Lorenzo ST. John."
Nicholas smiled,turning his head. "Wish I could say that it's a pleasure to meet you,Lorenzo But,under these circumstances..."
Lorenzo smiled,he liked him. Someone with the same reasons he would have given. "You can call me Enzo,love."
Nicholas smile never fell,in fact it feels bigger. "And you can call me Nick,love."
Enzo smiled,hearing the sarcasm and attitude put into 'love'. But he just had found out that he thought it made the boy seem cute.
The would have never guessed that another male vampire would be showing up,give them hope,only to leave them in that same place.
After watching the man they trusted walk out in a house that was burning down,both Lorenzo and Nicholas swore vengeance.
